Genesis 2:21-25 ויפל to fall יהוה And the LORD אלהים God תרדמה caused a deep sleep על upon האדם ויישׁן and he slept: ויקח and he took אחת one מצלעתיו of his ribs, ויסגר and closed up בשׂר the flesh תחתנה׃ instead

22 H1129 ויבן made H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהים God H853 את H6763 הצלע And the rib, H834 אשׁר which H3947 לקח had taken H4480 מן from H120 האדם man, H802 לאשׁה he a woman, H935 ויבאה and brought H413 אל her unto H120 האדם׃ the man.

23 H559 ויאמר said, H120 האדם H2063 זאת This H6471 הפעם now H6106 עצם bone H6106 מעצמי of my bones, H1320 ובשׂר and flesh H1320 מבשׂרי of my flesh: H2063 לזאת she H7121 יקרא shall be called H802 אשׁה Woman, H3588 כי because H376 מאישׁ H3947 לקחה was taken H2063 זאת׃ she

24 H5921 על H3651 כן H5800 יעזב leave H376 אישׁ shall a man H853 את H1 אביו his father H853 ואת H517 אמו and his mother, H1692 ודבק and shall cleave H802 באשׁתו unto his wife: H1961 והיו and they shall be H1320 לבשׂר flesh. H259 אחד׃ one

25 H1961 ויהיו And they were H8147 שׁניהם both H6174 ערומים naked, H120 האדם the man H802 ואשׁתו and his wife, H3808 ולא and were not H954 יתבשׁשׁו׃ ashamed.
