  21 H4481 ומני   H576 אנה And I, I H783 ארתחשׁסתא Artaxerxes H4430 מלכא the king, H7761 שׂים do make H2942 טעם a decree H3606 לכל to all H1490 גזבריא the treasurers H1768 די which H5675 בעבר beyond H5103 נהרה the river, H1768 די that H3606 כל whatsoever H1768 די whatsoever H7593 ישׁאלנכון shall require H5831 עזרא Ezra H3549 כהנה the priest, H5613 ספר the scribe H1882 דתא of the law H1768 די of H426 אלה the God H8065 שׁמיא of heaven, H629 אספרנא speedily, H5648 יתעבד׃ of you, it be done

  22 H5705 עד Unto H3702 כסף of silver, H3604 ככרין talents H3969 מאה a hundred H5705 ועד and to H2591 חנטין of wheat, H3734 כרין measures H3969 מאה a hundred H5705 ועד and to H2562 חמר of wine, H1325 בתין baths H3969 מאה a hundred H5705 ועד and to H1325 בתין baths H4887 משׁח of oil, H3969 מאה a hundred H4416 ומלח and salt H1768 די without H3809 לא without H3792 כתב׃ prescribing

  23 H3606 כל   H1768 די for H4481 מן by H2941 טעם is commanded H426 אלה the God H8065 שׁמיא of heaven, H5648 יתעבד done H149 אדרזדא let it be diligently H1005 לבית for the house H426 אלה of the God H8065 שׁמיא of heaven: H1768 די   H4101 למה why H1934 להוא should there be H7109 קצף wrath H5922 על against H4437 מלכות the realm H4430 מלכא of the king H1123 ובנוהי׃ and his sons?
