23 H6213 עשׂה Make H7569 הרתוק a chain: H3588 כי for H776 הארץ the land H4390 מלאה is full H4941 משׁפט crimes, H1818 דמים of bloody H5892 והעיר and the city H4390 מלאה is full H2555 חמס׃ of violence.

24 H935 והבאתי Wherefore I will bring H7451 רעי the worst H1471 גוים of the heathen, H3423 וירשׁו and they shall possess H853 את H1004 בתיהם their houses: H7673 והשׁבתי to cease; H1347 גאון I will also make the pomp H5794 עזים of the strong H2490 ונחלו shall be defiled. H6942 מקדשׁיהם׃
