Exodus 17:9-13 ויאמר said משׁה And Moses אל unto יהושׁע Joshua, בחר Choose us out לנו אנשׁים men, וצא and go out, הלחם fight בעמלק with Amalek: מחר tomorrow אנכי I נצב will stand על on ראשׁ the top הגבעה of the hill ומטה with the rod האלהים of God בידי׃ in mine hand.

10 H6213 ויעשׂ did H3091 יהושׁע So Joshua H834 כאשׁר as H559 אמר had said H4872 לו משׁה Moses H3898 להלחם to him, and fought H6002 בעמלק with Amalek: H4872 ומשׁה and Moses, H175 אהרן Aaron, H2354 וחור and Hur H5927 עלו went up H7218 ראשׁ to the top H1389 הגבעה׃ of the hill.

11 H1961 והיה And it came to pass, H834 כאשׁר when H7311 ירים held up H4872 משׁה Moses H3027 ידו his hand, H1396 וגבר prevailed: H3478 ישׂראל that Israel H834 וכאשׁר and when H5117 יניח he let down H3027 ידו his hand, H1396 וגבר prevailed. H6002 עמלק׃ Amalek

12 H3027 וידי hands H4872 משׁה But Moses' H3515 כבדים heavy; H3947 ויקחו and they took H68 אבן a stone, H7760 וישׂימו and put H8478 תחתיו under H3427 וישׁב him, and he sat H5921 עליה thereon; H175 ואהרן and Aaron H2354 וחור and Hur H8551 תמכו stayed up H3027 בידיו his hands, H2088 מזה on the one side, H259 אחד the one H2088 ומזה on the other side; H259 אחד and the other H1961 ויהי were H3027 ידיו and his hands H530 אמונה steady H5704 עד until H935 בא the going down H8121 השׁמשׁ׃ of the sun.

13 H2522 ויחלשׁ discomfited H3091 יהושׁע And Joshua H853 את H6002 עמלק Amalek H853 ואת H5971 עמו and his people H6310 לפי with the edge H2719 חרב׃ of the sword.
