Deuteronomy 29:18 פן Lest ישׁ there should be בכם אישׁ among you man, או or אשׁה woman, או or משׁפחה family, או or שׁבט tribe, אשׁר whose לבבו heart פנה turneth away היום this day מעם from יהוה the LORD אלהינו our God, ללכת to go לעבד serve את אלהי the gods הגוים nations; ההם of these פן lest ישׁ there should be בכם שׁרשׁ among you a root פרה that beareth ראשׁ gall ולענה׃ and wormwood;
