12 H3588 כי For H3045 ידעתי I know H7227 רבים your manifold H6588 פשׁעיכם transgressions H6099 ועצמים and your mighty H2403 חטאתיכם sins: H6887 צררי they afflict H6662 צדיק the just, H3947 לקחי they take H3724 כפר a bribe, H34 ואביונים the poor H8179 בשׁער in the gate H5186 הטו׃ and they turn aside

13 H3651 לכן Therefore H7919 המשׂכיל the prudent H6256 בעת time; H1931 ההיא in that H1826 ידם shall keep silence H3588 כי for H6256 עת time. H7451 רעה an evil H1931 היא׃ it

14 H1875 דרשׁו Seek H2896 טוב good, H408 ואל and not H7451 רע evil, H4616 למען that H2421 תחיו ye may live: H1961 ויהי shall be H3651 כן and so H3068 יהוה the LORD, H430 אלהי the God H6635 צבאות of hosts, H854 אתכם with H834 כאשׁר you, as H559 אמרתם׃ ye have spoken.
