2 Kings 2:8-10 ויקח took אליהו And Elijah את אדרתו his mantle, ויגלם and wrapped together, ויכה and smote את המים the waters, ויחצו and they were divided הנה hither והנה and thither, ויעברו went over שׁניהם so that they two בחרבה׃ on dry ground.

9 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H5674 כעברם when they were gone over, H452 ואליהו that Elijah H559 אמר said H413 אל unto H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H7592 שׁאל Ask H4100 מה what H6213 אעשׂה I shall do H2962 לך בטרם for thee, before H3947 אלקח I be taken away H5973 מעמך from H559 ויאמר said, H477 אלישׁע thee. And Elisha H1961 ויהי be H4994 נא I pray thee, H6310 פי portion H8147 שׁנים let a double H7307 ברוחך of thy spirit H413 אלי׃ upon

10 H559 ויאמר And he said, H7185 הקשׁית a hard thing: H7592 לשׁאול Thou hast asked H518 אם if H7200 תראה thou see H853 אתי H3947 לקח me taken H853 מאתך H1961 יהי thee, it shall be H3651 לך כן so H518 ואם unto thee; but if H369 אין not, H3808 לא it shall not H1961 יהיה׃ be
