2 Kings 22:11-17

  11 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H8085 כשׁמע had heard H4428 המלך when the king H853 את   H1697 דברי the words H5612 ספר of the book H8451 התורה of the law, H7167 ויקרע that he rent H853 את   H899 בגדיו׃ his clothes.

  12 H6680 ויצו commanded H4428 המלך And the king H853 את   H2518 חלקיה Hilkiah H3548 הכהן the priest, H853 ואת   H296 אחיקם and Ahikam H1121 בן the son H8227 שׁפן of Shaphan, H853 ואת   H5907 עכבור and Achbor H1121 בן the son H4320 מיכיה of Michaiah, H853 ואת   H8227 שׁפן and Shaphan H5608 הספר the scribe, H853 ואת   H6222 עשׂיה and Asahiah H5650 עבד a servant H4428 המלך of the king's, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

  13 H1980 לכו Go H1875 דרשׁו ye, inquire H853 את   H3068 יהוה of the LORD H1157 בעדי for H1157 ובעד me, and for H5971 העם the people, H1157 ובעד and for H3605 כל all H3063 יהודה Judah, H5921 על concerning H1697 דברי the words H5612 הספר book H4672 הנמצא that is found: H2088 הזה of this H3588 כי for H1419 גדולה great H2534 חמת the wrath H3068 יהוה of the LORD H834 אשׁר that H1931 היא   H3341 נצתה is kindled H5921 בנו על against us, because H834 אשׁר against us, because H3808 לא have not H8085 שׁמעו hearkened H1 אבתינו our fathers H5921 על unto H1697 דברי the words H5612 הספר book, H2088 הזה of this H6213 לעשׂות to do H3605 ככל according unto all H3789 הכתוב that which is written H5921 עלינו׃ concerning

  14 H1980 וילך went H2518 חלקיהו So Hilkiah H3548 הכהן the priest, H296 ואחיקם and Ahikam, H5907 ועכבור and Achbor, H8227 ושׁפן and Shaphan, H6222 ועשׂיה and Asahiah, H413 אל unto H2468 חלדה Huldah H5031 הנביאה the prophetess, H802 אשׁת the wife H7967 שׁלם of Shallum H1121 בן the son H8616 תקוה of Tikvah, H1121 בן the son H2745 חרחס of Harhas, H8104 שׁמר keeper H899 הבגדים of the wardrobe; H1931 והיא (now she H3427 ישׁבת dwelt H3389 בירושׁלם in Jerusalem H4932 במשׁנה in the college;) H1696 וידברו and they communed H413 אליה׃ with

  15 H559 ותאמר And she said H413 אליהם unto H3541 כה them, Thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהי God H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H559 אמרו Tell H376 לאישׁ the man H834 אשׁר that H7971 שׁלח sent H853 אתכם   H413 אלי׃ you to

  16 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H2005 הנני   H935 מביא I will bring H7451 רעה evil H413 אל upon H4725 המקום place, H2088 הזה this H5921 ועל and upon H3427 ישׁביו the inhabitants H853 את   H3605 כל thereof, all H1697 דברי the words H5612 הספר of the book H834 אשׁר which H7121 קרא hath read: H4428 מלך the king H3063 יהודה׃ of Judah

  17 H8478 תחת   H834 אשׁר   H5800 עזבוני they have forsaken H6999 ויקטרו me, and have burned incense H430 לאלהים gods, H312 אחרים unto other H4616 למען that H3707 הכעיסני they might provoke me to anger H3605 בכל with all H4639 מעשׂה the works H3027 ידיהם of their hands; H3341 ונצתה shall be kindled H2534 חמתי therefore my wrath H4725 במקום place, H2088 הזה against this H3808 ולא and shall not H3518 תכבה׃ be quenched.
