2 Kings 16:7-15

  7 H7971 וישׁלח sent H271 אחז So Ahaz H4397 מלאכים messengers H413 אל to H8407 תגלת פלסר Tiglathpileser H4428 מלך king H804 אשׁור of Assyria, H559 לאמר saying, H5650 עבדך thy servant H1121 ובנך and thy son: H589 אני I H5927 עלה come up, H3467 והושׁעני and save H3709 מכף me out of the hand H4428 מלך of the king H758 ארם of Syria, H3709 ומכף and out of the hand H4428 מלך of the king H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H6965 הקומים which rise up H5921 עלי׃ against

  8 H3947 ויקח took H271 אחז And Ahaz H853 את   H3701 הכסף the silver H853 ואת   H2091 הזהב and gold H4672 הנמצא that was found H1004 בית in the house H3069 יהוה   H214 ובאצרות and in the treasures H1004 בית house, H4428 המלך of the king's H7971 וישׁלח and sent H4428 למלך to the king H804 אשׁור of Assyria. H7810 שׁחד׃ a present

  9 H8085 וישׁמע hearkened H413 אליו unto H4428 מלך And the king H804 אשׁור of Assyria H5927 ויעל went up H4428 מלך him: for the king H804 אשׁור of Assyria H413 אל against H1834 דמשׂק Damascus, H8610 ויתפשׂה and took H1540 ויגלה it, and carried it captive H7024 קירה to Kir, H853 ואת   H7526 רצין Rezin. H4191 המית׃ and slew

  10 H1980 וילך went H4428 המלך And king H271 אחז Ahaz H7125 לקראת   H8407 תגלת פלאסר Tiglathpileser H4428 מלך king H804 אשׁור of Assyria, H1834 דומשׂק to Damascus H7200 וירא and saw H853 את   H4196 המזבח an altar H834 אשׁר that H1834 בדמשׂק at Damascus: H7971 וישׁלח sent H4428 המלך and king H271 אחז Ahaz H413 אל to H223 אוריה Urijah H3548 הכהן the priest H853 את   H1823 דמות the fashion H4196 המזבח of the altar, H853 ואת   H8403 תבניתו and the pattern H3605 לכל of it, according to all H4639 מעשׂהו׃ the workmanship

  11 H1129 ויבן built H223 אוריה And Urijah H3548 הכהן the priest H853 את   H4196 המזבח an altar H3605 ככל according to all H834 אשׁר that H7971 שׁלח had sent H4428 המלך king H271 אחז Ahaz H1834 מדמשׂק   H3651 כן so H6213 עשׂה made H223 אוריה Urijah H3548 הכהן the priest H5704 עד against H935 בוא came H4428 המלך king H271 אחז Ahaz H1834 מדמשׂק׃  

  12 H935 ויבא was come H4428 המלך And when the king H1834 מדמשׂק   H7200 וירא saw H4428 המלך the king H853 את   H4196 המזבח the altar: H7126 ויקרב approached H4428 המלך and the king H5921 על to H4196 המזבח the altar, H5927 ויעל and offered H5921 עליו׃ thereon.

  13 H6999 ויקטר And he burnt H853 את   H5930 עלתו his burnt offering H853 ואת   H4503 מנחתו and his meat offering, H5258 ויסך and poured H853 את   H5262 נסכו his drink offering, H2236 ויזרק and sprinkled H853 את   H1818 דם the blood H8002 השׁלמים peace offerings, H834 אשׁר of his H5921 לו על upon H4196 המזבח׃ the altar.

  14 H853 ואת   H4196 המזבח altar, H5178 הנחשׁת also the brazen H834 אשׁר which H6440 לפני before H3068 יהוה the LORD, H7126 ויקרב And he brought H853 מאת   H6440 פני the forefront H1004 הבית of the house, H996 מבין from between H4196 המזבח the altar H996 ומבין   H1004 בית and the house H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H5414 ויתן and put H853 אתו   H5921 על it on H3409 ירך side H4196 המזבח of the altar. H6828 צפונה׃ the north

  15 H6680 ויצוהו commanded H4428 המלך And king H271 אחז Ahaz H853 את   H223 אוריה Urijah H3548 הכהן the priest, H559 לאמר saying, H5921 על Upon H4196 המזבח altar H1419 הגדול the great H6999 הקטר burn H853 את   H5930 עלת burnt offering, H1242 הבקר the morning H853 ואת   H4503 מנחת meat offering, H6153 הערב and the evening H853 ואת   H5930 עלת burnt sacrifice, H4428 המלך and the king's H853 ואת   H4503 מנחתו and his meat offering, H854 ואת   H5930 עלת with the burnt offering H3605 כל of all H5971 עם the people H776 הארץ of the land, H4503 ומנחתם and their meat offering, H5262 ונסכיהם and their drink offerings; H3605 וכל it all H1818 דם the blood H5930 עלה of the burnt offering, H3605 וכל and all H1818 דם the blood H2077 זבח of the sacrifice: H5921 עליו upon H2236 תזרק and sprinkle H4196 ומזבח altar H5178 הנחשׁת and the brazen H1961 יהיה shall be H1239 לי לבקר׃ for me to inquire
