2 Kings 10:6-11

  6 H3789 ויכתב Then he wrote H413 אליהם to H5612 ספר a letter H8145 שׁנית the second time H559 לאמר them, saying, H518 אם If H859 לי אתם ye H6963 ולקלי unto my voice, H859 אתם mine, and ye H8085 שׁמעים will hearken H3947 קחו take H853 את   H7218 ראשׁי ye the heads H376 אנשׁי of the men H1121 בני sons, H113 אדניכם your master's H935 ובאו and come H413 אלי to H6256 כעת this time. H4279 מחר by tomorrow H3157 יזרעאלה me to Jezreel H1121 ובני sons, H4428 המלך Now the king's H7657 שׁבעים seventy H376 אישׁ persons, H854 את with H1419 גדלי the great men H5892 העיר of the city, H1431 מגדלים   H853 אותם׃  

  7 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H935 כבא came H5612 הספר when the letter H413 אליהם to H3947 ויקחו them, that they took H853 את   H1121 בני sons, H4428 המלך the king's H7819 וישׁחטו and slew H7657 שׁבעים seventy H376 אישׁ persons, H7760 וישׂימו and put H853 את   H7218 ראשׁיהם their heads H1731 בדודים in baskets, H7971 וישׁלחו and sent H413 אליו and sent H3157 יזרעאלה׃ him to Jezreel.

  8 H935 ויבא And there came H4397 המלאך a messenger, H5046 ויגד and told H559 לו לאמר him, saying, H935 הביאו They have brought H7218 ראשׁי the heads H1121 בני sons. H4428 המלך of the king's H559 ויאמר And he said, H7760 שׂימו Lay H853 אתם   H8147 שׁני ye them in two H6652 צברים heaps H6607 פתח at the entering in H8179 השׁער of the gate H5704 עד until H1242 הבקר׃ the morning.

  9 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H1242 בבקר in the morning, H3318 ויצא that he went out, H5975 ויעמד and stood, H559 ויאמר and said H413 אל to H3605 כל all H5971 העם the people, H6662 צדקים righteous: H859 אתם Ye H2009 הנה behold, H589 אני I H7194 קשׁרתי conspired H5921 על against H113 אדני my master, H2026 ואהרגהו and slew H4310 ומי him: but who H5221 הכה slew H853 את   H3605 כל all H428 אלה׃ these?

  10 H3045 דעו Know H645 אפוא now H3588 כי that H3808 לא nothing H5307 יפל there shall fall H1697 מדבר of the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H776 ארצה unto the earth H834 אשׁר which H1696 דבר spoke H3068 יהוה the LORD H5921 על concerning H1004 בית the house H256 אחאב of Ahab: H3068 ויהוה for the LORD H6213 עשׂה hath done H853 את   H834 אשׁר which H1696 דבר he spoke H3027 ביד by H5650 עבדו his servant H452 אליהו׃ Elijah.

  11 H5221 ויך slew H3058 יהוא So Jehu H853 את   H3605 כל all H7604 הנשׁארים that remained H1004 לבית of the house H256 אחאב of Ahab H3157 ביזרעאל in Jezreel, H3605 וכל and all H1419 גדליו his great men, H3045 ומידעיו and his kinsfolk, H3548 וכהניו and his priests, H5704 עד until H1115 בלתי him none H7604 השׁאיר he left H8300 לו שׂריד׃ remaining.
