And Boaz ascends to the portal and settles there; and behold, the redeemer of whom Boaz worded passes by; to whom he says, Ho, such a one! Turn aside! Settle here! - and he turns aside and settles. 2 And he takes ten men of the elders of the city and says, You settle here. - and they settle. 3 And he says to the redeemer, Noomiy, who returned from the fields of Moab, sold an allotment of field, of our brother Eli Melech; 4 and I say to expose in your ear, saying, Chattel in front of the settlers and in front of the elders of my people - if you redeem, redeem; but if you redeem not, then tell me, so that I know; for there is no one to redeem except you; and I after you. And he says, I redeem.
