Matthew 14:1-21:46

ECB(i) 1
YAHN THE BAPTIZER BEHEADED
At that season Herod the tetrarch hears of the fame of Yah Shua, 2 and says to his lads, This is Yahn the Baptizer; he is risen from the dead; and because of this, dynamis energizes in him. 3 For Herod had overpowered Yahn, and bound him, and put him in a guardhouse for sake of Herodias the woman of his brother Philippos: 4 for Yahn had worded to him, You are not allowed to have her! 5 - and he wills to slaughter him but he awes the multitude because they regard him as a prophet. 6 But the birthday of Herod is brought on; and the daughter of Herodias dances among them and pleases Herod: 7 whereupon he professes with an oath to give her whatever she asks. 8 And she, being previously instigated by her mother, Give me here, she says, the head of Yahn the Baptizer on a platter. 9 And the sovereign sorrows: nevertheless for sake of the oath and them who repose with him, he summons to give it to her: 10 and he sends and beheads Yahn in the guardhouse: 11 and they bring his head on a platter and give it to the maiden: and she brings it to her mother. 12 And his disciples come and take the body and entomb it; and go and evangelize to Yah Shua. 13 When Yah Shua hears he departs in a sailer privately to a desolate place: and when the multitude hears thereof they follow him on foot from the cities: 14 and Yah Shua goes and sees a great vast multitude and has a sympathetic spleen toward them; and he cures their infirm. 15
YAH SHUA FEEDS FIVE THOUSAND
And being evening; his disciples come to him, wording, This is a desolate place and the hour is already past; release the multitude to go to the villages and market themselves food. 16 And Yah Shua says to them, They need not depart; you give them to eat. 17 And they word to him, We have naught here except only five breads and two fishes. 18 He says, Bring them here to me. 19 - and he summons the multitude to recline on the herbage; and takes the five breads and the two fishes; and looking to the heavens, he eulogizes and breaks and gives the breads to his disciples - and the disciples to the multitude. 20 And they all eat, and fill up: and they take twelve baskets full of the fragments that superabound: 21 and there are about five thousand men who eat apart from women and children. 22 And straightway Yah Shua compels his disciples to embark into a sailer and to precede him across while he releases the multitudes. 23
YAH SHUA WALKS ON THE SEA
And he releases the multitudes and ascends to a mountain privately to pray: and being evening; and he is there alone: 24 and the sailer is already midst the sea tortured by waves - for the wind is contrary: 25 and in the fourth guard of the night Yah Shua goes to them, walking on the sea. 26 And the disciples see him walking on the sea and they are troubled, wording, It is a phantasm! - and they cry out for awe. 27 But straightway Yah Shua speaks to them, wording, Courage! I AM; Awe not! 28
PETROS WALKS ON THE SEA
And Petros answers him, saying, Adonay, if it is you, summon me to come to you on the water. 29 And he says, Come. And Petros descends from the sailer; and he walks on the water to go to Yah Shua: 30 but he observes the mighty wind, and he awes; and beginning to submerge, he cries, wording, Adonay, save me! 31 And straightway Yah Shua spreads his hand, and takes hold of him, and words to him, O you of little trust! Why doubt you? 32 And they embark into the sailer and the wind relaxes: 33 and they in the sailer come and worship him, wording, Truly you are the Son of Elohim. 34 And they go over and come to the land of Kinneroth: 35 and the men of that place know about him and they apostolize all around that country; and offer him all who are ill; 36 and beseech him to only touch the edge of his garment: and as many as touch are saved. 15 1
MISVAH VS TRADITION
Then the scribes and Pharisees of Yeru Shalem come to Yah Shua, wording, 2 Why transgress your disciples the tradition of the elders? For they wash not their hands whenever they eat bread. 3 And he answers them, saying, Why transgress you also the misvah of Elohim for your tradition? 4 For Elohim misvahed, wording, Honor your father and mother: and, Whoever vilifies father or mother, deathify him to death. 5 But you word, Whoever says to his father or his mother, An oblation - by whatever you benefit by me; 6 and in no way honors his father or his mother. - thus you invalidate the misvah of Elohim for your tradition. Exodus 20:12, 21:17 7 You hypocrites, Yesha Yah prophesied well concerning you, wording, 8 This people approaches me with their mouth and honors me with their lips; but their heart is far from me: 9 and in vain they venerate me, doctrinating for doctrines the misvoth of humanity. Isaiah Yah 29:13 10 And he calls the multitude, and says to them, Hear, and comprehend: 11 not what enters the mouth profanes a human; but what proceeds from the mouth profanes a human. 12 Then his disciples come and say to him, Know you that the Pharisees are scandalized after they hear this word? 13 And he answers, saying, Every plant my Father of the heavenlies has not planted, uproots. 14 Allow them: they are blind guides of the blind: and whenever the blind guide the blind both fall into the cistern. 15 So Petros answers him, saying, Declare this parable to us. 16
ENTERING THE MOUTH VS PROCEEDING FROM THE MOUTH
And Yah Shua says, Are you also yet noncomprehending? 17 Comprehend you not yet that all that enters the mouth passes into the belly and ejects into the privy? 18 But whatever proceeds from the mouth comes from the heart and profanes the human. 19
FROM THE HEART VS FROM THE MOUTH
For from the heart proceed evil reasonings, murders, adulteries, whoredoms, thefts, pseudo witnesses, blasphemies: 20 these are those that profane a human: but to eat with unwashed hands profanes not a human. 21
YAH SHUA EJECTS A DEMON
And Yah Shua goes there and departs to the parts of Sor and Sidon: 22 and behold, a woman - a Kenaaniy comes from the same boundaries, and cries to him, wording, Mercy me, O Adonay, you son of David; my daughter is evilly demonized. 23 But he answers her not a word: and his disciples come and ask him, wording, Release her; for she cries after us. 24 But he answers, saying, I am not apostolized except only to the lost sheep of the house of Yisra El. 25 She comes and worships him, wording, Adonay, help me. 26 But he answers, saying, It is not good to take the bread of children and to cast it to puppies. 27 And she says, Yes, Adonay: yet indeed the puppies eat of the crumbs that fall from the table of their adoni. 28 Then Yah Shua answers her, saying, O woman, how mega your trust: so be it to you even as you will. - and her daughter is whole from that very hour. 29
YAH SHUA CURES THE MULTITUDES
And Yah Shua departs from there and comes near the sea of Galiyl; and ascends a mountain and sits: 30 and vast multitudes come to him; having the lame, blind, mute, maimed and many others with them, and they toss them at the feet of Yah Shua; and he cures them: 31 so that the multitude marvels - observing mute speaking, maimed whole, lame walking, and the blind observing: and they glorify the Elohim of Yisra El. 32
YAH SHUA FEEDS FOUR THOUSAND
And Yah Shua calls his disciples to him, and says, I have a sympathetic spleen on the multitude; because they already abide with me three days and have naught to eat: and I will to not release them fasting - lest ever they faint in the way. 33 And his disciples word to him, Whence we have so much bread in the wilderness to fill so vast a multitude? 34 And Yah Shua words to them, How many breads have you? And they say, Seven, and a few fishling. 35 And he summons the multitude to repose on the soil: 36 and he takes the seven breads and the fishes, and eucharistizes and breaks and gives to his disciples; and his disciples to the multitude. 37 and they all eat, and fill: and they take seven baskets full of the fragments that superabound: 38 and four thousand men eat apart from women and children. 39 And he releases the multitude and embarks in a sailer and goes to the boundaries of Magdala. 16 1
YAH SHUA REBUKES THE PHARISEES AND THE SADOQIYM
And the Pharisees and Sadoqiym come testing; and ask him to show them a sign from the heavens. 2 He answers them, saying, And being evening, you word, Fair weather! - for the heavens are fiery: 3 and in the early morning, Downpour today! - for the heavens are fiery and gloomy. Hypocrites! You indeed know to discern the face of the heavens; but the signs of the seasons you cannot. 4 An evil and adulterous generation seeks a sign; and no sign is given except the sign of the prophet Yonah. - and he leaves them, and departs. 5
YAH SHUA INTERPRETS THE PARABLE OF FERMENTATION
And his disciples go across; and they forget to take bread: 6 and Yah Shua says to them, See and heed the fermentation of the Pharisees and of the Sadoqiym. 7 And they reason among themselves, wording, Because we took no bread. 8 And Yah Shua, knowing, says to them, O you of little trust! Why reason you among yourselves, because you took no bread? 9 Comprehend you not yet? Neither remember the five breads of the five thousand - and how many baskets you took? 10 nor the seven breads of the four thousand - and how many baskets you took? 11 How is it that you comprehend not that I say not to you concerning bread - but to heed the fermentation of the Pharisees and of the Sadoqiym? 12 Then they comprehend that he says not to them to heed the fermentation of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadoqiym. 13
OPINIONS CONCERNING YAH SHUA
And Yah Shua enters the parts of Kaisaria Philippos; and asks his disciples, wording, Whom words humanity me the Son of humanity to be? 14 And they say, Some indeed, Yahn the Baptizer: others, Eli Yah: and others, Yirme Yah: or, One of the prophets. 15
THE WITNESS OF PETROS CONCERNING YAH SHUA
He words to them, And You, whom word you me to be? 16 And Shimon Petros answers, saying, You are the Messiah, the Son of the living Elohim. 17 And Yah Shua answers him, saying, Blessed - you, Shimon Bar Yonah: for flesh and blood unveiled not to you but my Father in the heavens. 18 And I also word to you, that you are Petros/Rock: and on this rock/petra I build my ecclesia; and the gates of sheol/hades overpower it not: 19 and I give you the keys of the sovereigndom of the heavens: and whatever you bind on earth becomes bound in the heavens: and whatever you release on earth becomes released in the heavens. 20 Then he charges his disciples to say to no one that he is Yah Shua the Messiah. 21
YAH SHUA PROPHESIES HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION
From then Yah Shua begins to show his disciples how he must go to Yeru Shalem; and suffer much from the elders and archpriests and scribes - slaughtered and rise again the third day. 22 And Petros takes him and begins to rebuke him, wording, Kapur/Atone to you, Adonay: this never no way becomes you. 23 And he turns to Petros, saying, Go you behind me, Satan! You are a scandal to me: for you mind not those of Elohim but those of humanity. 24 Then Yah Shua says to his disciples, If anyone wills to come after me, he is to utterly deny himself, and take his stake and follow me. 25
LOSE THE SOUL TO FIND THE SOUL
For whoever wills to save his soul, loses it: and whoever loses his soul for my sake, finds it: 26 for what is a human benefited whenever he gains the whole cosmos and loses his own soul? Or what gives a human in exchange for his soul? 27 For the Son of humanity comes in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he gives each according to his acts. 28 Amen! I word to you, Some standing here never no way taste death until they see the Son of humanity coming in his sovereigndom. 17 1
THE METAMORPHOSIS OF YAH SHUA
And after six days Yah Shua takes Petros, Yaaqovos, and Yahn his brother, and privately brings them to a high mountain; 2 and is metamorphosed in front of them: and his face radiates as the sun and his garment becomes white as the light: 3 and behold, Mosheh and Eli Yah appear to them, talking with him. 4 And Petros answers Yah Shua, saying, Adonay, it is good for us to be here: if you will, we make three tabernacles here; one for you and one for Mosheh and one for Eli Yah. 5 While he still speaks, behold, a brightly lighted cloud overshadows them: and behold, a voice from the cloud, wording, This is my beloved Son, of whom I well-approve: Hear him! 6 - and the disciples hear and they fall on their face and are extremely awestricken. 7 And Yah Shua comes and touches them, and says, Rise! and, Be not awestricken! 8 And they lift their eyes and see no one - except Yah Shua only. 9 And as they descend the mountain, Yah Shua misvahs them, wording, Say the vision to no one, until the Son of humanity rises from the dead. 10
YAHN THE BAPTIZER IS THE ELI YAH TO COME
And his disciples ask him, wording, So why word the scribes that Eli Yah must first come? 11 And Yah Shua answers them, saying, Eli Yah indeed comes first and restores all: 12 and I word to you, that Eli Yah has already come: and they know him not but did in him as much as they willed: Thus also the Son of humanity suffers of them. 13 Then the disciples comprehend that he says to them concerning Yahn the Baptizer. 14
YAH SHUA REBUKES A DEMON
And they go to the multitude, and a human comes to him - kneeling to him, and wording, 15 Adonay, mercy my son: for he is lunatick and suffers evilly: for he falls often into the fire and often into the water: 16 and I offered him to your disciples, and they cannot cure him. 17 So Yah Shua answers, saying, O trustless and thoroughly perverted generation! Until when am I with you? Until when tolerate I you? Bring him here to me. 18 And Yah Shua rebukes the demon; and he departs from him: and the lad is cured from that very hour. 19 Then the disciples come to Yah Shua privately, and say, Why could we not eject him? 20 And Yah Shua says to them, Because of your trustlessness! Amen! I word to you, whenever you have trust as a kernal of mustard, you say to this mountain, Depart hence to yonder place! - it departs: - and naught is impossible to you 21 - and this genos proceeds not except in prayer and fasting. 22
YAH SHUA PROPHESIES HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION
And they remain in Galiyl, and Yah Shua says to them, The Son of humanity is about to be betrayed into the hands of humanity: 23 and they slaughter him; and the third day he rises. - and they are extremely sorrowed. 24
THE DOUBLE DRACHMA
And they come to Kaphar Nachum: and they who take the double drachma come to Petros, and say, Your doctor - completes/shalams he not the double drachma? 25 He words, Yes. And he enters the house; and Yah Shua anticipates him, wording, What think you, Shimon? Of whom do the sovereigns of the earth take completion/shalom or tribute? - Of their own sons? Or of others? 26 Petros words to him, Of others. Yah Shua says to him, Then indeed the sons are liberated: 27 but lest we scandalize them, go to the sea and cast a hook; and take the first fish that ascends; and when you open his mouth, you find a stater: take that, and give to them for me and you. 18 1
THE GREATEST IN THE SOVEREIGNDOM OF THE HEAVENS
At the same hour the disciples come to Yah Shua, wording, Who then is the greatest in the sovereigndom of the heavens? 2 And Yah Shua calls a little child to him, and sets him midst them, 3 and says, Amen! I word to you, Unless you turn and become as little children, you never no way enter the sovereigndom of the heavens. 4 So whoever humbles himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the sovereigndom of the heavens: 5 and whoever receives one such little child in my name, receives me: 6 and whoever scandalizes one of these little ones who trust in me, it is beneficial for him that a millstone turned by a burro hang around his neck, and that he submerge into the depth of the sea. 7 Woe to the cosmos because of scandals! for of necessity, scandals come; however woe to that human by whom the scandal comes! 8
AVOIDING SCANDALIZINGS
And if your hand or your foot scandalizes you, exscind them and cast them from you: it is well for you to enter life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet and cast into eternal fire. 9 And if your eye scandalizes you, pluck it and cast it from you: it is well for you to enter life one-eyed rather than having two eyes cast into the fire of Gay Hinnom/the Valley of Burning. 10 See that you not disesteem one of these little ones; for I word to you, That in the heavens, through all time, their angels see the face of my Father in the heavens. 11 For the Son of humanity comes to save the lost. 12
THE PARABLE OF THE WANDERING SHEEP
How think you? Whenever any human becomes a hundred sheep and one of them wanders, forsakes he not the ninety-nine, and goes to the mountains, and seeks that which wanders? 13 And so be it, whenever he finds it, Amen! I word to you, he cheers more over it than of the ninety-nine who wander not. 14 Even thus it is not the will in front of your Father in the heavens, that one of these little ones be lost. 15
A SINNING BROTHER
And whenever your brother sins to you, go and reprove him between you and him alone: whenever he hears you, you gain your brother: 16 but whenever he hears you not take one or two more with you; so that in the mouth of two or three witnesses you establish every rhema: 17 and whenever he refuses to hear them, say it to the ecclesia: and whenever he refuses to hear the ecclesia, he becomes to you exactly as the goyim and a customs agent. 18
BINDING AND RELEASING
Amen! I word to you, Whatever you bind on earth becomes bound in the heavens: whatever you release on earth becomes released in the heavens. 19
SYMPHONIZING TRUST
Again I word to you, That whenever two of you symphonize on earth concerning any matter - whatever they ask it becomes for them from my Father in the heavens: 20 for where two or three gather together in my name, I am there midst them. 21
THE PARABLE ON FORGIVENESS
Then Petros comes to him, saying, Adonay, how often sins my brother to me, and I forgive him? Until seven times? 22 Yah Shua words to him, I word not to you, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. 23 So the sovereigndom of the heavens is likened to a human sovereign, who wills to reckon word of his servants: 24 and he begins to reckon; they bring him a debtor of a myriad talent weights. 25 and having naught to give, his adoni summons to sell him and his woman and children, and all - as much as he has and to give back. 26 So the servant falls and worships him, wording, Adoni, have patience with me and I give you all. 27 And the adoni of that servant has a sympathetic spleen, and releases him, and forgives his debt. 28 But the same servant goes and finds one of his co-servants who is indebted a hundred denarion: and he overpowers him and strangles him, wording, Give me your debt. 29 And his co-servant falls to his feet, and beseeches him, wording, Have patience with me and I give you all. 30 And he wills not: but goes and casts him into a guardhouse until he gives the debt. 31 So when his co-servants see what became, they are extremely sorrowed, and come and tell their adoni all that became. 32 Then his adoni, after he calls him, words to him, O you evil servant, I forgave you all that debt because you besought me: 33 Ought you not also mercy your co-servant even as I mercied you? 34 - and his adoni is wroth and delivers him to the torturers, until he gives all he is indebted. 35 Thus likewise my Father in the heavenlies does also to you unless from your hearts you each forgive your brother his backslidings. 19 1 And so be it, Yah Shua completes/shalams these words, and departs from Galiyl and goes to the boundaries of Yah Hudah beyond Yarden; 2 and vast multitudes follow him; and he cures them there. 3
RELEASING A WOMAN
The Pharisees also come to him, testing him and wording to him, Is a human allowed to release his woman for every cause? 4 And he answers them, saying, Read you not that he who created at the beginning created them male and female, 5 and said, For this cause a human leaves father and mother and adheres to his woman: and they two become one flesh? 6 So they are no more two - yet one flesh. So what Elohim co-yokes, humanity is not to separate. 7 They word to him, So why misvahed Mosheh to give a scroll of apostasy to release her? 8 He words to them, Because of your hard heartedness, Mosheh allowed you to release your women: but from the beginning it was not thus. 9 And I word to you, Whoever releases his woman - except for whoredom and marries another, adulterizes: and whoever marries her who is released, adulterizes. 10 His disciples word to him, If the case of the human with the woman is thus, it is not beneficial to marry. 11 But he says to them, All cannot accept this word - rather they to whom it is given. 12
EUNUCHS
For there are eunuchs thus birthed from the womb of their mother: and there are eunuchs eunuchized by humanity: and there are eunuchs eunuchized by themselves for sake of the sovereigndom of the heavens. Whoever is able to accept, accept. 13
YAH SHUA RECEIVES LITTLE CHILDREN
Then they offer him little children to put his hands on, and pray: and the disciples rebuke them. 14 But Yah Shua says, Allow little children; and forbid them not to come to me: for of such is the sovereigndom of the heavens. 15 - and he puts his hands on them and departs. 16
ETERNAL LIFE
And behold, one comes to him, saying, Good Doctor, what good do I to have eternal life? 17 And he says to him, Why word you me, good? None is good except one - Elohim: but if you will to enter life, guard the misvoth. 18 He words to him, Which? Yah Shua says, Murder not: Adulterize not: Steal not: Pseudo witness not: 19 Honor your father and your mother: and, Love your neighbor as yourself. 20 The youth words to him, I guarded all these from my youth: What lack I still? 21 Yah Shua says to him, If you will to be complete/at shalom, go and sell what you have and give to the poor; and have treasure in the heavens: and come and follow me. 22 But the youth hears that word, and goes away sorrowful: for he has vast possessions. 23
THE RICH AND THE SOVEREIGNDOM
So Yah Shua says to his disciples, Amen! I word to you, That a rich man difficultly enters the sovereigndom of the heavens. 24 And again I word to you, It is easier for a rope * to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the sovereigndom of Elohim. *rope: see Lamsa 25 When his disciples hear, they are extremely astonished, wording, Who then can be saved? 26 But Yah Shua looks, and says, With humanity this is impossible; but with Elohim all are possible. 27
THE COST OF DISCIPLESHIP
Then Petros answers him, saying, Behold, we forsook all, and follow you; what then, have we? 28 And Yah Shua say to them, Amen! I word to you - to you who follow me: In the regenesis, when the Son of humanity sits on the throne of his glory, you also sit on twelve thrones judging the twelve scions of Yisra El: 29 and everyone who forsakes houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or woman or children or lands for sake of my name; takes a hundredfold and inherits eternal life: 30 but many who are first become final; and the final first. 20 1
THE PARABLE OF THE VINEYARD WORKERS
For the sovereigndom of the heavens is likened to a human - a housedespotes who goes simultaneously early in the morning to hire workers into his vineyard: 2 and he symphonizes with the workers for a denarion a day; and apostolizes them to his vineyard. 3 And about the third hour he goes and sees others standing idle in the market 4 and says to them, You also go to the vineyard, and I give you whatever is just. - and they go their way. 5 Again about the sixth and ninth hour he goes and does likewise. 6 And about the eleventh hour he goes and finds others standing idle, and words to them, Why stand you here idle all the day? 7 They word to him, Because no one hires us. He words to them, You also go into the vineyard; and whatever is just, you take. 8 And being evening; the adoni of the vineyard words to his manager, Call the workers, and give them their hire, beginning from the final to the first. 9 And those hired about the eleventh hour, come; and they each take a denarion. 10 And the first come; and they presume to take much more; and they likewise each take a denarion. 11 And they take it, and murmur against the housedespotes, 12 wording, These final produced but one hour: and you make them equal to us who bore the burden and heat of the day. 13 And he answers one of them, saying, Comrade, I injure you not. Symphonized you not with me indeed for a denarion? 14 Take what is yours and go your way: I give to this final, even as to you. 15 Am I not allowed to do what I will with my own? Is your eye evil because I am good? 16 Thus the final become first, and the first final: for many be called but few selected. 17
YAH SHUA PROPHESIES HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION
And Yah Shua ascends to Yeru Shalem and takes the twelve disciples privately in the way and says to them, 18 Behold, we ascend to Yeru Shalem for the betrayal of the Son of humanity to the archpriests and to the scribes to condemn him to death 19 - to betray him to the goyim to mock and to scourge and to stake: and the third day he rises. 20
PRIORITY POSITIONS
Then the mother of the sons of Zabdi comes to him with her sons, worshipping him and asking somewhat of him. 21 And he says to her, What will you? She words to him, Say that these my two sons sit, the one at your right and the one at the left in your sovereigndom. 22 But Yah Shua answers, saying, You know not what you ask: Are you able to drink of the cup I am about to drink? And baptized with the baptism I am about to be baptized? They word to him, We are able. 23 And he words to them, You indeed drink of my cup, and baptize with the baptism I am about to be baptized: but to sit at my right and at my left is not mine to give: but it is given to them for whom it is prepared by my Father. 24
THE TEN INDIGNANT DISCIPLES
And the ten hear it, and are indignified concerning the two brothers. 25 And Yah Shua calls them to him, and says, You know that the archs of the goyim rule over them; and they who are mega authorize over them. 26 But so be it not among you: but whoever wills to be mega among you, becomes your minister; 27 and whoever wills to be first among you, becomes your servant. 28 Exactly as the Son of humanity comes not to be ministered unto, but to minister: and to give his soul a redemption for many. 29
YAH SHUA HEALS TWO BLIND
And as they proceed from Yericho a vast multitude follows him: 30 and behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, hear that Yah Shua passes by, and they cry out, wording, Mercy us, O Adonay, you son of David. 31 - and the multitude rebukes them to hush. But they cry out the more, wording, Mercy us, O Adonay, you son of David. 32 And Yah Shua stands still and voices out to them, saying, What will you that I do to you? 33 They word to him, Adonay, that our eyes be opened. 34 So Yah Shua has a sympathetic spleen on them and touches their eyes: and straightway their eyes see and they follow him. 21 1
THE TRIUMPHAL ENTRY OF YAH SHUA
And they approach Yeru Shalem, and go to Beth Pag, to the mount of Olives. Then Yah Shua apostolizes two disciples, 2 wording to them, Go into the village opposite you; and straightway you find a burro tied with a colt: release them, and bring them to me: 3 and whenever anyone says aught to you, say, Adonay needs them. - and straightway he apostolizes them. 4 All this is to fulfill/shalam what the prophet rhetorized, wording, 5 Say you the daughter of Siyon, Behold, your sovereign comes to you - meek and mounted on a burro with a colt the son of a burro. Zechar Yah 9:9 6 And the disciples go and do exactly as Yah Shua orders them; 7 and bring the burro and the colt, and put their garments on them; and they set him on them. 8 And vast multitude spreads their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them in the way: 9 and the multitudes preceding and following cry out, wording, Hoshia Na to the son of David: Eulogized - he who comes in the name of Yah Veh; Hoshia Na in the highests. Psalm 118:25, 26 10 And he enters Yeru Shalem; and all the city quakes, wording, Who is this? 11 And the multitude words, This is Yah Shua the prophet of Nazareth, Galiyl. 12
YAH SHUA CLEANSES THE PRIESTAL PRECINCT
And Yah Shua enters the priestal precinct of Elohim and ejects all who sell and market in the priestal precinct; and upsets the tables of the coindealers and the cathedras of them who sell doves. 13 And words to them, It is scribed, My house is called the house of prayer; but you make it a grotto of robbers. Isaiah 56:7 14
YAH SHUA CURES THE BLIND AND THE LAME
And the blind and the lame come to him in the priestal precinct and he cures them. 15 And the archpriests and scribes see the marvels he does: and the lads crying in the priestal precinct, and wording, Hoshia Na to the son of David - they indignify. Psalm 118:25, 26 16 And they say to him, Hear you what these are wording? And Yah Shua words to them, Yes; have you never ever read, From the mouth of babes and nipplers you prepare halal? Psalm 8:2 17 And he leaves them and goes from the city to Beth Ania - and there he camps. 18
YAH SHUA CURSES THE FIG TREE
But in the early morning, he returns to the city, famished. 19 And he sees a fig tree in the way and comes to it, and finds naught thereon except leaves only: and he words to it, No fruit becomes from you to the eons. - and immediately the fig tree withers. 20 And the disciples see and marvel, wording, How immediately the fig tree withers! 21 Yah Shua answers them, saying, Amen! I word to you, Whenever you have trust, and doubt not, you not only do this to the fig tree, but also, whenever you say to this mountain, Remove! And be cast into the sea! - so be it. 22 And all - as much as ever you ask in prayer, trusting, you take. 23
ARCHPRIESTS AND PRESBYTERS OF THE PEOPLE QUESTION THE AUTHORITY OF YAH SHUA
And he comes to the priestal precinct: and the archpriests and the elders of the people come to him as he doctrinates, and they word, In what authority do you these? and, Who gives you this authority? 24 And Yah Shua answers them, saying, I also ask you one word, which, whenever you tell me, I also say to you in what authority I do these. 25 The baptism of Yahn, whence is it - Of the heavens? Or of humanity? And they reason with themselves, speaking, Whenever we say, Of the heavens; he says to us, So why trust you not him? 26 But whenever we say, Of humanity; we awe the multitudes; for all regard Yahn as a prophet. 27 - and they answer Yah Shua, saying, We know not. And he says to them, And I word not in what authority I do these. 28
THE PARABLE OF THE TWO CHILDREN
But what think you? A human has two children: and he comes to the first and says, Child, go work today in my vineyard. 29 He answers, saying, I will not - but afterward he regrets, and goes. 30 And he comes to the second, and says likewise. And he answers, saying, I go, adoni: and goes not. 31 Which of the two does the will of his father? They word to him, The first. Yah Shua speaks to them, Amen! I word to you, That the customs agents and the whores precede you into the sovereigndom of Elohim. 32 For Yahn came to you in the way of justness, and you trusted him not: but the customs agents and the whores trusted him: and you, when you saw, regretted not afterward to trust him. 33
THE PARABLE OF THE VINEYARD
Hear another parable: A human housedespotes, plants a vineyard and hedges it all around and digs a trough in it and builds a tower and leases it to cultivators and goes abroad: 34 and the season of the fruit approaches and he apostolizes his servants to the cultivators to take of the fruits: 35 and the cultivators take his servants; and indeed flog one and slaughter another and stone another. 36 Again, he apostolizes other servants much more than the first: and they do to them likewise. 37 And afterward he apostolizes his son to them, wording, They respect my son. 38 But the cultivators see the son, and they say among themselves, This is the heir! Come! Slaughter him! Seize his inheritance! 39 And they take him and eject him from the vineyard and slaughter him. 40 So when the adoni of the vineyard comes, what does he to those cultivators? 41 They word to him, He evilly destroys those evil men, and leases his vineyard to other cultivators who give him the fruits in their seasons. 42 Yah Shua words to them, Read you never ever in the scriptures, The stone the builders disapprove, the same becomes the head of the corner: this becomes of Yah Vah and it is marvellous in our eyes? Psalm 118:22, 23 43 So I word to you, The sovereigndom of Elohim is taken from you and given to a goyim producing the fruits thereof. 44 And whoever falls on this stone crushes: but on whomever it falls, pulverizes. Isaiah 8:14 45 And the archpriests and Pharisees hear his parables, and they know he words concerning them: 46 and they seek to lay hands on him, but they awe the multitude because they regard him as a prophet.
