And they enquire and seek, and they say, Gidon the son of Yah Ash worked this word. ³⁰ Then the men of the city say to Yah Ash, Bring out your son to die: because he pulled down the sacrifice altar of Baal and because he cut down the asherah by it. ³¹ And Yah Ash says to all who stand against him, You - plead you for Baal? You - you save him? Deathify him who pleads for him by morning: if he is an elohim, he pleads for himself, because he pulled down his sacrifice altar. ³² And on that day he calls him Yerub Baal, saying, Baal pleads against him, because he pulled down his sacrifice altar.
