18 and the sons of Yisra El smite them not because the hierarchs of the witness oathed to them by Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El. And all the witness murmurs against the hierarchs.
19 And all the hierarchs say to all the witness, We oathed to them by Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El: and now we are not able to touch them.
20 This we work to them - that they live lest rage be on us, because of the oath we oathed to them.
