9 So I weep with the weeping of Yazer the vine of Sibmah: I saturate you with my tears, O Heshbon and El Aleh: for the shouting for your summer fruits and for your harvest is fallen:
10 and cheerfulness is gathered with twirling from the orchard/Karmel; and in the vineyards they shout not, they shout not: the treaders tread no wine in troughs; I shabbathize their shouting.
11 So my inwards, as a harp, roar for Moab; and my inwards for Qir Hareseth.
