Deuteronomy 14

ECB(i) 1
THE TORAH ON MUTILATION You are the sons of Yah Veh your Elohim: neither cut yourselves, nor set any baldness between your eyes for them who die. 2 For you are a holy people to Yah Veh your Elohim and Yah Veh chose you to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the goyim upon the face of the soil. 3
THE TORAH ON EATING Eat not any abhorrence. 4 These are the animals to eat: the ox, the lamb of the lambs and the lamb of the goats, 5 the hart and the gazelle and the fallow deer and the wild goat and the pygarg and the wild ox and the chamois: 6 and every animal that splits the hoof and cleaves the cleft into two hoofs and regurgitates the cud among the animals, eat. 7 Only, these eat not: who regurgitate the cud, who split the cloven hoof - as the camel and the hare and the coney: for they regurgitate the cud but divide not the hoof; they are foul to you: 8 and the hog, because it splits the hoof yet chews not the cud, it is unclean unto you: neither eat their flesh nor touch their carcase. 9 Eat these of all in the waters: all that have fins and scales, eat: 10 and whatever has not fins and scales, eat not: it is foul to you. 11 Of all pure birds, eat; 12 but these, eat not: the eagle and the ossifrage and the ospray 13 and the glede and the kite and the vulture in species; 14 and every raven in species; 15 and the daughter of the owl and the night hawk and the cuckow and the hawk in species; 16 the little owl and the great owl and the swan 17 and the pelican and the gier eagle and the cormorant 18 and the stork and the heron in species; and the lapwing and the bat: 19 and every creeping flyer is foul to you: eat not: 20 and all pure flyers, eat. 21 Eat not of any carcase: give it to the sojourner in your portals to eat; or sell it to a stranger: for you are a holy people to Yah Veh your Elohim. Stew not a kid in the milk of his mother. 22
THE TORAH ON TITHING In tithing, tithe all the produce of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year: 23 and eat at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, in the place he chooses to tabernacle his name there - the tithe of the crop of your juice and of your oil, and the firstlings of your oxen and of your flocks; that you learn to awe Yah Veh your Elohim all days. 24 And when your way abounds so that you are not able to bear it; or when the place Yah Veh your Elohim chooses to set his name is too far removed from you, when Yah Veh your Elohim blesses you: 25 then give it to silver and bind up the silver in your hand and go to the place Yah Veh your Elohim chooses: 26 and give that silver for whatever your soul desires - for oxen or for flocks or for wine or for intoxicants, or for whatever your soul asks: and eat there at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim and cheer - you and your household, 27 and forsake not the Leviy within your portals; for he has neither allotment nor inheritance with you. 28 At the end of three years - that same year bring all the tithe of your produce and set it within your portals: 29 and the Leviy, because he has neither allotment nor inheritance with you, and the sojourner and the orphan and the widow within your portals, come and eat and satiate; so that Yah Veh your Elohim blesses you in all the work your hand works.
