And they turn around the ark of Elohim of Yisra El: ⁹ and so be it, after they turn it around, the hand of Yah Veh is against the city with a mighty great confusion: and he smites the men of the city, both small and great; and hemorrhoids erupt. ¹⁰ So they send the ark of Elohim to Eqron: and so be it, as the ark of Elohim comes to Eqron, the Eqroniy cry out, saying, They turn around the ark of Elohim of Yisra El to us, to deathify us and our people. ¹¹ So they send and gather all the ringleaders of the Peleshethiy and say, Send the ark of Elohim of Yisra El: to return to its own place, that it not deathify us and our people: for there becomes a confusion of death throughout all the city; the hand of Elohim is mighty heavy there.
