SUBJUGATING TO GOVERNMENTS So subjugate yourselves to every creation of humanity for the sake of Adonay: whether to the sovereign as supreme; 14 whether to governors, as to them who indeed are sent through him to avenge evildoers, and for the halal of them doing good. 15 Because thus is the will of Elohim, that by doing good you muzzle the unknowingness of thoughtless humanity: 16 as liberated, and not regarding liberty; as a covering of malice, but as the servants of Elohim. 17 Honor all. Love the brotherhood. Awe Elohim. Honor the sovereign.
