INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS
Now concerning those about which you scribed me: It is good for a human to not touch a woman. 2 And because of whoredom each is to hold his own woman and each her own man. 3 The man is indebted to give well-mindedness to the woman: and likewise also the woman to the man. 4 The woman has not authority of her own body - but the man: and likewise also the man has not authority of his own body - but the woman. 5 Cheat not one another, except somehow ever by symphonizing for a season, that you have leisure for fasting and prayer; and come together again - lest Satan test you for your restraint. 6 - and I word this by experience and not by order. 7 For I will that all humanity be even as I myself: but each has his own charisma of Elohim, indeed one thus and one thus. 8 So I word to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them whenever they abide even as I: 9 and if they cannot control themselves, have them marry: for it is better to marry than be fiery. 10 And to the married, I evangelize - not I but Adonay, that the woman not separate from her man: 11 but and whenever she separates, she is to abide unmarried or reconcile to her man: the man is not to forsake his woman. 12 And to the rest, I word - not Adonay: if any brother has a woman - trustless and she thinks well to dwell with him he is not to forsake her. 13 And the woman has a man - trustless and he thinks well to dwell with her she is not to forsake him. 14 For the trustless man is hallowed in the woman and the trustless woman is hallowed in the man: else then your children are impure; but now they are holy. 15 And if the trustless separate, separate. A brother or a sister is not subservient in such: and Elohim calls us in shalom. 16 For what know you, O woman, whether you save your man? Or how know you, O man, whether you save your woman? 17 Except as Elohim imparts to each, as Adonay calls to each, thus walk: and thus I ordain in all ecclesiae. 18
CIRCUMCISION, DECIRCUMCISION, UNCIRCUMCISION
Is any called being circumcised? Decircumcise not. Is any called in uncircumcision? Circumcise not. 19 Circumcision is naught and uncircumcision is naught but the guarding of the misvoth of Elohim. 20 Each of you, abide in that calling wherein you are called. 21 Are you called a servant? Concern not: but if you are able to be liberated, use it rather. 22 For whoever in Adonay is called, Servant, is the liberated of Adonay: likewise also he that is called, Liberated, is the servant of Messiah. 23 You are bought with a price; be not the servants of humanity. 24 Brothers - each, wherein you are called, abide therein with Elohim. 25
VIRGINS
Now concerning virgins I have no order from Adonay; still I give my opinion: as one mercied by Adonay, to be trustworthy. 26 So I presume that this is good for the present necessity - that this is good for a human thus to be. 27 Are you bound to a woman? Seek not to be loosed. Are you loosed from a woman? Seek not a woman. 28 But and whenever you marry, you sin not; and whenever a virgin marries, she sins not: and such have tribulation in the flesh: and I spare you. 29 And I say this, brothers, the season is shortened: finally, that both whoever have women be as not having; 30 and whoever weeps as not weeping; and whoever cheers as not cheering; and whoever buys as not holding; 31 and whoever uses this cosmos as not abusing: for the configuration of this cosmos passes away. 32 But I will that you be unanxious. whoever is unmarried is anxious for that of Adonay - how to please Adonay: 33 but whoever is married is anxious for that of the cosmos - how to please his woman. 34 There is difference between a woman and a virgin. The unmarried woman is anxious for that of Adonay - to be holy, both in body and in spirit: but whoever is married is anxious for that of the cosmos - how to please her man. 35 And I word this for your own benefit - not to lay a noose upon you; but for what is honorable with a view upon Adonay to undistracted devotion. 36 And if anyone presumes to misbehave toward his virgin, whenever she is beyond her acme and thus becomes indebted, to do as he wills, he sins not - have them marry. 37 And whoever stands grounded in his heart, not distressed, and has authority concerning his own will and thus judges in his heart to guard his virgin does well. 38 So whoever marries her off does well; and whoever marries her not off does better. 39 The woman is bound by the torah as long time as her man lives; but whenever her man sleeps, she is liberated to marry whom she so wills - only in Adonay. 40 But blessed - whenever she thus abides, after my opinion: and I also think I have the Spirit of Elohim.
