And he sawe that ye bush brent wt fyre, and yet was not consumed, ³ and saide: I wil go hence, and se this greate sight, why ye bush is not brent. ⁴ Whan the LORDE sawe, that he wente his waye to se, God called vnto him out of the bush, and sayde: Moses, Moses. He answered: Here am I. ⁵ He sayde: Come not hither, put thy shues of thy fete, for the place where vpon thou stondest, is an wholy groude.
