16 The waters saw You, O Elohim; The waters saw You, and they travailed; Indeed the abyss was disturbed."
17 Thick clouds were made to storm down waters; The skies cast forth their voice; Indeed Your arrows flew about.
18 The voice of Your thunder was in the cyclone; Lightning bolts lit up the habitance; The earth was disturbed and quaked.
19 Your way was through the sea, And Your trails led through vast waters, Yet Your heel-prints were not known."
