Psalms 1:1-4 Happy is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Who neither stands in the way of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of mockers.

CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ Happy is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Who neither stands in the way of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of mockers. ² But rather his delight is in the law of Yahweh, And he is soliloquizing from His law by day and night. ³ So he comes to be like a tree transplanted by rillets of water, That yields its fruit in its season, And its leaf does not decay; Hence all that he does shall prosper. ⁴ Not so the wicked, But rather they are like the trash that the wind whisks away.
