Leviticus 22:18 Speak to Aaron and to his sons and to all the sons of Israel and say to them, When any man of the house of Israel or of the sojourners sojourning in Israel, brings near his approach present for all their vows and for all their voluntary offerings which they may bring near to Yahweh for an ascent offerin.
