4 I would arrange a plea before Him And fill my mouth with pleadings.
5 I would know the declarations with which He shall answer, And I would understand what He shall say to me.
6 Shall He contend against me with an abundance of vigor? Surely He Himself shall not place charges against me!
7 There an upright man would plead with Him; Let me win deliverance permanently from my Judge.
