2 Chronicles 1:7-12 In that night has Elohim appeared to Solomon, and said to him, `Ask--what do I give to you?.

CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ In that night has Elohim appeared to Solomon, and said to him, `Ask--what do I give to you?. ⁸ And Solomon said to Elohim, `You have done with David my father great kindness, and have caused me to reign in his stead. ⁹ Now, O Yahweh Elohim, is Your word with David my father stedfast, for You have caused me to reign over a people numerous as the dust of the earth;" ¹⁰ now, wisdom and knowledge give to me, and I go out before this people, and I come in, for who does judge this Your great people?. ¹¹ And Elohim said to Solomon, `Because that this has been with your heart, and you have not asked riches, wealth, and honor, and the life of those hating you, and also many days have not asked, and do ask for yourself wisdom and knowledge, so that you do judge My people over which I have caused you to reign-. ¹² the wisdom and the knowledge is given to you, and riches and wealth and honor I give to you, that there has not been so to the kings who [are] before you, and after you it is not so..
