Zechariah 9 The burden of the word of the Lord in the land of Hadrach, and Damascus shall be the rest there: when the eyes of man, as of all the tribes of Israel, shall be toward the Lord.

2 H2574 And Hamath H1379 also shall border H6865 thereby; Tyrus, H6721 and Zidon, H3966 though it be very H2449 wise.

3 H6865 And Tyrus H1129 did build H4692 herself a strong hold, H6651 and heaped up H3701 silver H6083 as the dust, H2742 and fine gold H2916 as the mire H2351 of the streets.

4 H136 Behold, the Lord H3423 will cast her out, H5221 and he will strike H2428 her power H3220 in the sea; H398 and she shall be devoured H784 with fire.

5 H831 Ashkelon H7200 shall see H3372 it, and fear; H5804 Gaza H3966 also shall see it, and be very H2342 sorrowful, H6138 and Ekron; H4007 for her expectation H3001 shall be ashamed; H4428 and the king H6 shall perish H5804 from Gaza, H831 and Ashkelon H3427 shall not be inhabited.

6 H4464 And a bastard H3427 shall live H795 in Ashdod, H3772 and I will cut off H1347 the pride H6430 of the Philistines.

7 H5493 And I will take away H1818 his blood H6310 out of his mouth, H8251 and his abominations H8127 from between his teeth: H7604 but he that remains, H430 even he, shall be for our God, H441 and he shall be as a governor H3063 in Judah, H6138 and Ekron H2983 as a Jebusite.

8 H2583 And I will encamp H1004 about my house H4675 because of the army, H5674 because of him that passes by, H7725 and because of him that returns: H5065 and no oppressor H5674 shall pass through H7200 them any more: for now have I seen H5869 with my eyes.

9 H1523 Rejoice H3966 greatly, H1323 O daughter H6726 of Zion; H7321 shout, H1323 O daughter H3389 of Jerusalem: H4428 behold, your King H935 comes H6662 unto you: he is just, H3467 and having salvation; H6041 lowly, H7392 and riding H2543 upon a donkey, H5895 and upon a colt H1121 the foal H860 of a donkey.

10 H3772 And I will cut off H7393 the chariot H669 from Ephraim, H5483 and the horse H3389 from Jerusalem, H4421 and the battle H7198 bow H3772 shall be cut off: H1696 and he shall speak H7965 peace H1471 unto the heathen: H4915 and his dominion H3220 shall be from sea H3220 even to sea, H5104 and from the river H657 even to the ends H776 of the earth.

11 H1818 As for you also, by the blood H1285 of your covenant H7971 I have sent forth H615 your prisoners H953 out of the pit H4325 where is no water.

15 H3068 The Lord H6635 of hosts H1598 shall defend H398 them; and they shall devour, H3533 and subdue H7050 with sling H68 stones; H8354 and they shall drink, H1993 and make a noise H3196 as through wine; H4390 and they shall be filled H4219 like bowls, H2106 and as the corners H4196 of the altar.

16 H3068 And the Lord H430 their God H3467 shall save H3117 them in that day H6629 as the flock H5971 of his people: H68 for they shall be as the stones H5145 of a crown, H5264 lifted up as a ensign H127 upon his land.

17 H2898 For how great is his goodness, H3308 and how great is his beauty! H1715 corn H970 shall make the young men H5107 cheerful, H8492 and new wine H1330 the maids.
