8 H1471 If that nation, H1696 against whom I have pronounced, H7725 turn H7451 from their evil, H5162 I will repent H7451 of the evil H2803 that I thought H6213 to do unto them.

9 H7281 And at what instant H1696 I shall speak H1471 concerning a nation, H4467 and concerning a kingdom, H1129 to build H5193 and to plant it;
