Ezekiel 43:18-22 And he said unto me, Son of man, thus says the Lord God; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings on it, and to sprinkle blood on it.

20 H3947 And you shall take H1818 of the blood H5414 there, and put H702 it on the four H7161 horns H702 of it, and on the four H6438 corners H5835 of the settle, H1366 and upon the border H5439 round about: H2398 thus shall you cleanse H3722 and purge it.

21 H3947 You shall take H6499 the bullock H2403 also of the sin offering, H8313 and he shall burn H4662 it in the appointed place H1004 of the house, H2351 outside H4720 the sanctuary.

22 H8145 And on the second H3117 day H7126 you shall offer H8163 a kid H5795 of the goats H8549 without blemish H2403 for a sin offering; H2398 and they shall cleanse H4196 the altar, H2398 as they did cleanse H6499 it with the bullock.
