Deuteronomy 24:14-18 You shall not unjustly withhold the wages of the poor and needy of your brothers, or of the strangers who are in your cities.

CAB⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁴ You shall not unjustly withhold the wages of the poor and needy of your brothers, or of the strangers who are in your cities. ¹⁵ You shall pay him his wages the same day, the sun shall not go down upon it, because he is poor and he trusts in it; and he shall cry against you to the Lord, and it shall be sin to you. ¹⁶ The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, and the sons shall not be put to death for the fathers; everyone shall be put to death for his own sin. ¹⁷ You shall not pervert the judgment of the stranger and the fatherless, and the widow; you shall not take the widow's garment for a pledge. ¹⁸ And you shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God redeemed you from there; therefore I command you to do this thing.
