2 Kings 24:1-4

CAB(i) 1 In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his servant for three years. And then he turned and revolted against him. 2 And the Lord sent raiding bands of Chaldeans against him, and bands of Syrians, and bands of Moabites, and bands of Ammonites, and sent them into the land of Judah to prevail against it, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke by His servants the prophets. 3 Moreover it was the purpose of the Lord concerning Judah, to remove them from His presence, because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did. 4 Moreover he shed innocent blood, and filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord would not pardon it.
