BLB⁽ⁱ⁾ ³ And why do you look at the splinter in your brother’s eye, but not notice the beam in your own eye? ⁴ Or how shall you say to your brother, ‘Permit that I might cast out the splinter from your eye,’ and behold, the beam is in your eye? ⁵ Hypocrite! First cast out the beam from your eye, and then you will see clearly to cast out the splinter from the eye of your brother.
