ASV_Strongs(i)
H238 For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments. Maschil of David.
Give ear
H8605 to my prayer, H430 O God; H5956 And hide H8467 not thyself from my supplication.
H7181 Attend H6030 unto me, and answer H7300 me: I am restless H7879 in my complaint, H1949 and moan,
H6963 Because of the voice H341 of the enemy, H6440 Because H6125 of the oppression H7563 of the wicked; H4131 For they cast H205 iniquity H639 upon me, And in anger H7852 they persecute me.
H3820 My heart H2342 is sore pained H7130 within H367 me: And the terrors H4194 of death H5307 are fallen upon me.
H3374 Fearfulness H7461 and trembling H935 are come H6427 upon me, And horror H3680 hath overwhelmed me.
H559 And I said, H5414 Oh that H83 I had wings H3123 like a dove! H5774 Then would I fly away, H7931 and be at rest.
H5074 Lo, then would I wander H7368 far off, H3885 I would lodge H4057 in the wilderness. H5542 [[Selah
H2363 I would haste H4655 me to a shelter H5584 From the stormy H7307 wind H5591 and tempest.
H1104 Destroy, H136 O Lord, H6385 and divide H3956 their tongue; H7200 For I have seen H2555 violence H7379 and strife H5892 in the city.
H3119 Day H3915 and night H5437 they go about H2346 it upon the walls H205 thereof: Iniquity H205 also and mischief H7130 are in the midst of it.
H1942 Wickedness H7130 is in the midst H8496 thereof: Oppression H4820 and guile H4185 depart H7339 not from its streets.
H341 For it was not an enemy H2778 that reproached H5375 me; Then I could have borne H8130 it: Neither was it he that hated H1431 me that did magnify H5641 himself against me; Then I would have hid myself from him:
H582 But it was thou, a man H6187 mine equal, H441 My companion, H3045 and my familiar friend.
H4985 We took sweet H5475 counsel H3162 together; H1980 We walked H1004 in the house H430 of God H7285 with the throng.
H4194 Let death H5377 come suddenly H3381 upon them, Let them go down H2416 alive H7585 into Sheol; H7451 For wickedness H4033 is in their dwelling, H7130 in the midst of them.
H7121 As for me, I will call H430 upon God; H3068 And Jehovah H3467 will save me.
H6153 Evening, H1242 and morning, H6672 and at noonday, H7878 will I complain, H1993 and moan; H8085 And he will hear H6963 my voice.
H6299 He hath redeemed H5315 my soul H7965 in peace H7128 from the battle H7227 that was against me; For they were many that strove with me.
H410 God H8085 will hear, H6030 and answer H3427 them, Even he that abideth H6924 of old, H5542 [[Selah H2487 The men who have no changes, H3372 And who fear H430 not God.
H7971 He hath put forth H3027 his hands H7965 against such as were at peace H2490 with him: He hath profaned H1285 his covenant.
H6310 His mouth H2505 was smooth H4260 as butter, H3820 But his heart H7128 was war: H1697 His words H7401 were softer H8081 than oil, H6609 Yet were they drawn swords.
H7993 Cast H3053 thy burden H3068 upon Jehovah, H3557 and he will sustain H5769 thee: He will never H5414 suffer H6662 the righteous H4131 to be moved.
H430 But thou, O God, H3381 wilt bring them down H875 into the pit H7845 of destruction: H1818 Bloodthirsty H4820 and deceitful H582 men H2673 shall not live out half H3117 their days; H982 But I will trust in thee.
