Ezekiel 5:1-17 And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp sword; as a barber's razor shalt thou take it unto thee, and shalt cause it to pass upon thy head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair.

1 H1121 And thou, son H120 of man, H3947 take H2299 thee a sharp H2719 sword; H1532 as a barber's H8593 razor H3947 shalt thou take H5674 it unto thee, and shalt cause it to pass H7218 upon thy head H2206 and upon thy beard: H3947 then take H3976 thee balances H4948 to weigh, H2505 and divide the hair.

2 H7992 A third part H1197 shalt thou burn H217 in the fire H8432 in the midst H5892 of the city, H3117 when the days H4692 of the siege H4390 are fulfilled; H3947 and thou shalt take H7992 a third part, H5221 and smite H2719 with the sword H5439 round about H7992 it; and a third part H2219 thou shalt scatter H7307 to the wind, H7324 and I will draw out H2719 a sword H310 after them.

3 H3947 And thou shalt take H4592 thereof a few H4557 in number, H6696 and bind H3671 them in thy skirts.

4 H3947 And of these again H7993 shalt thou take, and cast H8432 them into the midst H784 of the fire, H8313 and burn H784 them in the fire; H784 therefrom shall a fire H3318 come forth H1004 into all the house H3478 of Israel.

5 H559 Thus saith H136 the Lord H136 Jehovah: H3389 This is Jerusalem; H7760 I have set H8432 her in the midst H1471 of the nations, H776 and countries H5439 are round about her.

6 H4784 And she hath rebelled H4941 against mine ordinances H7564 in doing wickedness H1471 more than the nations, H2708 and against my statutes H776 more than the countries H5439 that are round about H3988 her; for they have rejected H4941 mine ordinances, H2708 and as for my statutes, H1980 they have not walked in them.

7 H559 Therefore thus saith H136 the Lord H3069 Jehovah: H1995 Because ye are turbulent H1471 more than the nations H5439 that are round about H1980 you, and have not walked H2708 in my statutes, H6213 neither have kept H4941 mine ordinances, H6213 neither have done H4941 after the ordinances H1471 of the nations H5439 that are round about you;

8 H559 therefore thus saith H136 the Lord H136 Jehovah: H6213 Behold, I, even I, am against thee; and I will execute H4941 judgments H8432 in the midst H5869 of thee in the sight H1471 of the nations.

9 H6213 And I will do H6213 in thee that which I have not done, H6213 and whereunto I will not do H3282 any more the like, because H8441 of all thine abominations.

10 H1 Therefore the fathers H398 shall eat H1121 the sons H8432 in the midst H1121 of thee, and the sons H398 shall eat H1 their fathers; H6213 and I will execute H8201 judgments H7611 on thee; and the whole remnant H2219 of thee will I scatter H7307 unto all the winds.

11 H2416 Wherefore, as I live, H5002 saith H136 the Lord H136 Jehovah, H2930 surely, because thou hast defiled H4720 my sanctuary H8251 with all thy detestable things, H8441 and with all thine abominations, H1639 therefore will I also diminish H5869 thee; neither shall mine eye H2347 spare, H2550 and I also will have no pity.

12 H7992 A third part H4191 of thee shall die H1698 with the pestilence, H7458 and with famine H3615 shall they be consumed H8432 in the midst H7992 of thee; and a third part H5307 shall fall H2719 by the sword H5439 round about H7992 thee; and a third part H2219 I will scatter H7307 unto all the winds, H7324 and will draw out H2719 a sword H310 after them.

13 H639 Thus shall mine anger H3615 be accomplished, H2534 and I will cause my wrath H5117 toward them to rest, H5162 and I shall be comforted; H3045 and they shall know H3068 that I, Jehovah, H1696 have spoken H7068 in my zeal, H3615 when I have accomplished H2534 my wrath upon them.

14 H5414 Moreover I will make H2723 thee a desolation H2781 and a reproach H1471 among the nations H5439 that are round about H5869 thee, in the sight H5674 of all that pass by.

15 H2781 So it shall be a reproach H1422 and a taunt, H4148 an instruction H4923 and an astonishment, H1471 unto the nations H5439 that are round about H6213 thee, when I shall execute H8201 judgments H639 on thee in anger H2534 and in wrath, H2534 and in wrathful H8433 rebukes; H3068 (I, Jehovah, H1696 have spoken it;)

16 H7971 when I shall send H7451 upon them the evil H2671 arrows H7458 of famine, H4889 that are for destruction, H7971 which I will send H7843 to destroy H3254 you: and I will increase H7458 the famine H7665 upon you, and will break H4294 your staff H3899 of bread;

17 H7971 and I will send H7458 upon you famine H7451 and evil H2416 beasts, H7921 and they shall bereave H1698 thee; and pestilence H1818 and blood H5674 shall pass through H935 thee; and I will bring H2719 the sword H3068 upon thee: I, Jehovah, H1696 have spoken it.
