  18 G1492 knowing G3754 that G3084 ye were G3084 redeemed, G3756 not G5349 with corruptible things, G694 with silver G2228 or G5553 gold, G1537 from G5216 your G3152 vain G391 manner of life G3970 handed down from your fathers;

  19 G235 but G5093 with precious G5613 blood, as G286 of a lamb G784 without spot, G299   G2532 even G129 the blood G5547 of Christ:

  20 G4267 who was foreknown G3303 indeed G4253 before G2602 the foundation G2889 of the world, G1161 but G5319 was manifested G1909 at G2078 the end G5550 of times G1223 for G5209 your sake,

  21 G3588 who G1223 through G846 him G4100 are believers G1519 in G2316 God, G3588 that G1453 raised G846 him G1453   G1537 from G3498 the dead, G2532 and G1325 gave G846 him G1391 glory; G5620 so that G5216 your G4102 faith G2532 and G1680 hope G1511 might be G1519 in G2316 God.

  22 G48 Seeing ye have purified G5216 your G5590 souls G1722 in G5218 your obedience G225 to the truth G1519 unto G505 unfeigned G5360 love of the brethren, G25 love G240 one another G1537 from G2513 the G2588 heart G1619 fervently:

  23 G313 having been begotten again, G3756 not G1537 of G5349 corruptible G4701 seed, G235 but G862 of incorruptible, G1223 through G3056 the word G2316 of God, G2198 which liveth G2532 and G3306 abideth.

  24 G1360 For, G3956 All G4561 flesh G5613 is as G5528 grass, G2532 And G3956 all G1391 the glory G444 thereof G5613 as G438 the flower G5528 of grass. G5528 The grass G3583 withereth, G2532 and G846 the G438 flower G1601 falleth:

  25 G1161 But G4487 the word G2962 of the Lord G3306 abideth G1519 for G165 ever. G1161 And G5124 this G2076 is G4487 the word G3588 of good tidings which G2097 was preached G1519 unto G5209 you.
