Numbers 30:1-16 And Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD has commanded.

1 H4872 And Moses H1696 spoke H7218 to the heads H4294 of the tribes H1121 concerning the children H3478 of Israel, H559 saying, H2088 This H1697 is the thing H834 which H3068 the LORD H6680 has commanded.

2 H3588 If H376 a man H5087 vow H5088 a vow H3068 to the LORD, H176 or H7650 swear H7621 an oath H631 to bind H5315 his soul H632 with a bond; H2490 he shall not break H1697 his word, H6213 he shall do H3605 according to all H3318 that proceeds H6310 out of his mouth.

3 H802 If a woman H5087 also vow H5088 a vow H3068 to the LORD, H631 and bind H632 herself by a bond, H1 being in her father’s H1004 house H5271 in her youth;

4 H1 And her father H8085 hear H5088 her vow, H632 and her bond H834 with which H631 she has bound H5315 her soul, H1 and her father H2790 shall hold H2790 his peace H3605 at her; then all H5088 her vows H6965 shall stand, H3605 and every H632 bond H834 with which H631 she has bound H5315 her soul H6965 shall stand.

5 H518 But if H1 her father H5106 disallow H3117 her in the day H8085 that he hears; H3605 not any H5088 of her vows, H632 or of her bonds H834 with which H631 she has bound H5315 her soul, H6965 shall stand: H3068 and the LORD H5545 shall forgive H3588 her, because H1 her father H5106 disallowed her.

6 H518 And if H1961 she had H376 at all an husband, H5088 when she vowed, H176 or H4008 uttered H8193 ought out of her lips, H834 with which H631 she bound H5315 her soul;

7 H376 And her husband H8085 heard H2790 it, and held H2790 his peace H3117 at her in the day H8085 that he heard H5088 it: then her vows H6965 shall stand, H632 and her bonds H834 with which H631 she bound H5315 her soul H6965 shall stand.

8 H518 But if H376 her husband H5106 disallowed H3117 her on the day H8085 that he heard H5088 it; then he shall make her vow H834 which H5088 she vowed, H4008 and that which she uttered H8193 with her lips, H834 with which H631 she bound H5315 her soul, H6565 of none H6565 effect: H3068 and the LORD H5545 shall forgive her.

9 H5088 But every vow H490 of a widow, H1644 and of her that is divorced, H834 with which H631 they have bound H5315 their souls, H6965 shall stand H5921 against her.

10 H518 And if H5087 she vowed H376 in her husband’s H1004 house, H176 or H631 bound H5315 her soul H632 by a bond H7621 with an oath;

11 H376 And her husband H8085 heard H2790 it, and held H2790 his peace H5106 at her, and disallowed H3605 her not: then all H5088 her vows H6965 shall stand, H3605 and every H632 bond H834 with which H631 she bound H5315 her soul H6965 shall stand.

12 H518 But if H376 her husband H6565 has utterly made them void H5921 on H3117 the day H8085 he heard H3605 them; then whatever H4161 proceeded H8193 out of her lips H5088 concerning her vows, H632 or concerning the bond H5315 of her soul, H6965 shall not stand: H376 her husband H6565 has made them void; H3068 and the LORD H5545 shall forgive her.

13 H3605 Every H5088 vow, H3605 and every H632 binding H7621 oath H6031 to afflict H5315 the soul, H376 her husband H6965 may establish H376 it, or her husband H6565 may make it void.

14 H518 But if H376 her husband H2790 altogether hold H2790 his peace H3117 at her from day H3117 to day; H6965 then he establishes H3605 all H5088 her vows, H3605 or all H632 her bonds, H834 which H6965 are on her: he confirms H3588 them, because H2790 he held H2790 his peace H3117 at her in the day H8085 that he heard them.

15 H518 But if H6565 he shall any ways make them void H310 after H8085 that he has heard H5375 them; then he shall bear H5771 her iniquity.

16 H428 These H2706 are the statutes, H834 which H3068 the LORD H6680 commanded H4872 Moses, H996 between H376 a man H802 and his wife, H996 between H1 the father H1323 and his daughter, H5271 being yet in her youth H1 in her father’s H1004 house.
