  1 H3068 And the LORD H559 spoke H4872 to Moses H175 and Aaron H776 in the land H4714 of Egypt H559 saying,
  2 H2088 This H2320 month H7218 shall be to you the beginning H2320 of months: H7223 it shall be the first H2320 month H8141 of the year to you.
  3 H1696 Speak H3605 you to all H5712 the congregation H3478 of Israel, H559 saying, H6218 In the tenth H2088 day of this H2320 month H3947 they shall take H376 to them every man H7716 a lamb, H1004 according to the house H1 of their fathers, H7716 a lamb H1004 for an house:
  4 H518 And if H1004 the household H4591 be too little H7716 for the lamb, H7934 let him and his neighbor H7138 next H1004 to his house H3947 take H4373 it according to the number H5315 of the souls; H376 every man H6310 according H400 to his eating H3699 shall make your count H7716 for the lamb.
  5 H7716 Your lamb H8549 shall be without H8549 blemish, H2145 a male H1121 of the first H8141 year: H3947 you shall take H3532 it out from the sheep, H5795 or from the goats:
  6 H4931 And you shall keep H5704 it up until H702 the fourteenth H6240 H3117 day H2088 of the same H2320 month: H3605 and the whole H6951 assembly H5712 of the congregation H3478 of Israel H7819 shall kill H6153 it in the evening.
  7 H3947 And they shall take H1818 of the blood, H5414 and strike H5921 it on H8147 the two H4201 side posts H5921 and on H4947 the upper H4947 door H4947 post H1004 of the houses, H834 wherein H398 they shall eat it.
  8 H398 And they shall eat H1320 the flesh H3915 in that night, H6748 roast H784 with fire, H4682 and unleavened H4844 bread; and with bitter H398 herbs they shall eat it.
  9 H398 Eat H4995 not of it raw, H1310 nor sodden H4325 at all with water, H6748 but roast H784 with fire; H7218 his head H3767 with his legs, H7130 and with the entrails thereof.
  10 H3808 And you shall let nothing H3498 of it remain H5704 until H1242 the morning; H3498 and that which remains H5704 of it until H1242 the morning H8313 you shall burn H784 with fire.
  11 H3602 And thus H398 shall you eat H4975 it; with your loins H2296 girded, H5275 your shoes H7272 on your feet, H4731 and your staff H3027 in your hand; H398 and you shall eat H2649 it in haste: H3068 it is the LORD’s H6453 passover.
  12 H5674 For I will pass H776 through the land H4714 of Egypt H2088 this H3915 night, H5221 and will smite H3605 all H1060 the firstborn H776 in the land H4714 of Egypt, H120 both man H929 and beast; H3605 and against all H430 the gods H4714 of Egypt H6213 I will execute H8201 judgment: H3068 I am the LORD.
  13 H1818 And the blood H226 shall be to you for a token H1004 on the houses H834 where H7200 you are: and when I see H1818 the blood, H6452 I will pass H5921 over H5063 you, and the plague H4889 shall not be on you to destroy H5221 you, when I smite H776 the land H4714 of Egypt.
  14 H2088 And this H3117 day H2146 shall be to you for a memorial; H2287 and you shall keep H2282 it a feast H3068 to the LORD H1755 throughout your generations; H2287 you shall keep H2287 it a feast H2708 by an ordinance H5769 for ever.
  15 H7651 Seven H3117 days H398 shall you eat H4682 unleavened H389 bread; even H7223 the first H3117 day H7673 you shall put H7603 away leaven H1004 out of your houses: H3605 for whoever H398 eats H2557 leavened H7223 bread from the first H3117 day H5704 until H7637 the seventh H3117 day, H5315 that soul H3772 shall be cut H3478 off from Israel.
  16 H7223 And in the first H3117 day H6944 there shall be an holy H4744 convocation, H7637 and in the seventh H3117 day H6944 there shall be an holy H4744 convocation H3808 to you; no H4399 manner of work H6213 shall be done H389 in them, save H834 that which H3605 every H5315 man H398 must eat, H905 that only H6213 may be done of you.
  17 H8104 And you shall observe H4682 the feast of unleavened H2088 bread; for in this H2088 selfsame H6106 H3117 day H3318 have I brought H6635 your armies H776 out of the land H4714 of Egypt: H8104 therefore shall you observe H3117 this day H1755 in your generations H2708 by an ordinance H5769 for ever.
  18 H7223 In the first H702 month, on the fourteenth H6240 H3117 day H2320 of the month H6153 at even, H398 you shall eat H4682 unleavened H5704 bread, until H259 the one H6242 and twentieth H3117 day H2320 of the month at even.
  19 H7651 Seven H3117 days H3808 shall there be no H7603 leaven H4672 found H1004 in your houses: H398 for whoever eats H2557 that which is leavened, H5315 even that soul H3772 shall be cut H5712 off from the congregation H3478 of Israel, H1616 whether he be a stranger, H249 or born H776 in the land.
  20 H398 You shall eat H3808 nothing H2557 leavened; H3605 in all H4186 your habitations H398 shall you eat H4682 unleavened bread.
  21 H4872 Then Moses H7121 called H3605 for all H2205 the elders H3478 of Israel, H559 and said H4900 to them, Draw H3947 out and take H6629 you a lamb H4940 according to your families, H7819 and kill H6453 the passover.
  22 H3947 And you shall take H92 a bunch H231 of hyssop, H2881 and dip H1818 it in the blood H5592 that is in the basin, H5060 and strike H4947 the lintel H8147 and the two H4201 side posts H1818 with the blood H5592 that is in the basin; H3808 and none H3318 of you shall go H6607 out at the door H1004 of his house H5704 until H1242 the morning.
  23 H3068 For the LORD H5674 will pass H5062 through to smite H4714 the Egyptians; H7200 and when he sees H1818 the blood H4947 on the lintel, H5921 and on H8147 the two H4201 side posts, H3068 the LORD H6452 will pass H5921 over H6607 the door, H5414 and will not suffer H7843 the destroyer H935 to come H1004 in to your houses H5062 to smite you.
  24 H8104 And you shall observe H2088 this H1697 thing H2706 for an ordinance H1121 to you and to your sons H5769 for ever.
  25 H1961 And it shall come H3588 to pass, when H935 you be come H776 to the land H834 which H3068 the LORD H5414 will give H1696 you, according as he has promised, H8104 that you shall keep H2063 this H5656 service.
  26 H1961 And it shall come H3588 to pass, when H1121 your children H559 shall say H4100 to you, What H2063 mean you by this H5656 service?
  27 H559 That you shall say, H2077 It is the sacrifice H3068 of the LORD’s H6453 passover, H834 who H6452 passed H5921 over H1004 the houses H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H4714 in Egypt, H5062 when he smote H4714 the Egyptians, H5337 and delivered H1004 our houses. H5971 And the people H6915 bowed H7812 the head and worshipped.
  28 H1121 And the children H3478 of Israel H3212 went H6213 away, and did H3068 as the LORD H6680 had commanded H4872 Moses H175 and Aaron, H3651 so H6213 did they.
  29 H1961 And it came H2677 to pass, that at midnight H3915 H3068 the LORD H5221 smote H3605 all H1060 the firstborn H776 in the land H4714 of Egypt, H1060 from the firstborn H6547 of Pharaoh H3427 that sat H5921 on H3678 his throne H1060 to the firstborn H7628 of the captive H1004 that was in the dungeon; H953 H3605 and all H1060 the firstborn H929 of cattle.
  30 H6547 And Pharaoh H6965 rose H3915 up in the night, H3605 he, and all H5650 his servants, H3605 and all H4714 the Egyptians; H1419 and there was a great H6818 cry H4714 in Egypt; H1004 for there was not a house H834 where H4191 there was not one dead.
  31 H7121 And he called H4872 for Moses H175 and Aaron H3915 by night, H559 and said, H6965 Rise H3318 up, and get H3318 you forth H8432 from among H5971 my people, H1571 both H1121 you and the children H3478 of Israel; H3212 and go, H5647 serve H3068 the LORD, H1696 as you have said.
  32 H1571 Also H3947 take H6629 your flocks H1241 and your herds, H1696 as you have said, H3212 and be gone; H1288 and bless H1571 me also.
  33 H4714 And the Egyptians H2388 were urgent H5971 on the people, H7971 that they might send H776 them out of the land H4422 in haste; H559 for they said, H3605 We be all H4191 dead men.
  34 H5971 And the people H5375 took H1217 their dough H2962 before H2557 it was leavened, H4863 their kneading troughs H6887 being bound H8071 up in their clothes H7926 on their shoulders.
  35 H1121 And the children H3478 of Israel H6213 did H1697 according to the word H4872 of Moses; H7592 and they borrowed H4714 of the Egyptians H3627 jewels H3701 of silver, H3627 and jewels H2091 of gold, H8071 and raiment:
  36 H3068 And the LORD H5414 gave H5971 the people H2580 favor H5869 in the sight H4714 of the Egyptians, H7592 so that they lent H5337 to them such things as they required. And they spoiled H4714 the Egyptians.
  37 H1121 And the children H3478 of Israel H5265 journeyed H7486 from Rameses H5523 to Succoth, H8337 about six H3967 hundred H505 thousand H7273 on foot H1397 that were men, H905 beside H2945 children.
  38 H6154 And a mixed H7227 multitude H5927 went H1571 up also H6629 with them; and flocks, H1241 and herds, H3966 even very H3515 much H4735 cattle.
  39 H644 And they baked H4682 unleavened H5692 cakes H1217 of the dough H834 which H3318 they brought H3318 forth H4714 out of Egypt, H2557 for it was not leavened; H3588 because H1644 they were thrust H4714 out of Egypt, H3201 and could H4102 not tarry, H1571 neither H3808 H6213 had they prepared H1992 for themselves H6720 any victual.
  40 H4186 Now the sojourning H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel, H834 who H3427 dwelled H4714 in Egypt, H702 was four H3967 hundred H7970 and thirty H8141 years.
  41 H1961 And it came H7093 to pass at the end H702 of the four H3967 hundred H7970 and thirty H8141 years, H2088 even the selfsame H6106 H3117 day H1961 it came H3605 to pass, that all H6635 the hosts H3068 of the LORD H3318 went H776 out from the land H4714 of Egypt.
  42 H3915 It is a night H8107 to be much observed H3068 to the LORD H3318 for bringing H776 them out from the land H4714 of Egypt: H2088 this H3915 is that night H3068 of the LORD H8107 to be observed H3605 of all H1121 the children H3478 of Israel H1755 in their generations.
  43 H3068 And the LORD H559 said H4872 to Moses H175 and Aaron, H2063 This H2708 is the ordinance H6453 of the passover: H3808 There shall no H1121 stranger H5235 H398 eat thereof:
  44 H3605 But every H376 man’s H5650 servant H4736 that is bought H3701 for money, H4135 when you have circumcised H227 him, then H398 shall he eat thereof.
  45 H8453 A foreigner H7916 and an hired H7916 servant H398 shall not eat thereof.
  46 H259 In one H1004 house H398 shall it be eaten; H3318 you shall not carry H3318 forth H1320 ought of the flesh H2351 abroad H1004 out of the house; H3808 neither H7665 shall you break H6106 a bone thereof.
  47 H3605 All H5712 the congregation H3478 of Israel H6213 shall keep it.
  48 H3588 And when H1616 a stranger H1481 shall sojourn H6213 with you, and will keep H6453 the passover H3068 to the LORD, H3605 let all H2145 his males H4135 be circumcised, H227 and then H7126 let him come H7126 near H6213 and keep H249 it; and he shall be as one that is born H776 in the land: H3808 for no H6189 uncircumcised H398 person shall eat thereof.
  49 H259 One H8451 law H249 shall be to him that is home born, H1616 and to the stranger H1481 that sojournes H8432 among you.
  50 H6213 Thus did H3605 all H1121 the children H3478 of Israel; H3068 as the LORD H6680 commanded H4872 Moses H175 and Aaron, H3651 so H6213 did they.
  51 H1961 And it came H2088 to pass the selfsame H6106 H3117 day, H3068 that the LORD H3318 did bring H1121 the children H3478 of Israel H776 out of the land H4714 of Egypt H6635 by their armies.
