  1 H8010 And Solomon H559 determined H1129 to build H1004 an house H8034 for the name H3068 of the LORD, H1004 and an house H4438 for his kingdom.

  2 H8010 And Solomon H5608 told H7657 out three score H7239 and ten thousand H505 H376 men H5445 to bear H5449 burdens, H8084 and fourscore H7239 thousand H505 H2672 to hew H2022 in the mountain, H7969 and three H7239 thousand H505 H8337 and six H3967 hundred H5329 to oversee them.

  3 H8010 And Solomon H7971 sent H2361 to Huram H4428 the king H6865 of Tyre, H559 saying, H6213 As you did deal H1732 with David H25 my father, H7971 and did send H730 him cedars H1129 to build H1004 him an house H3427 to dwell therein, even so deal with me.

  4 H2009 Behold, H1129 I build H1004 an house H8034 to the name H3068 of the LORD H430 my God, H6942 to dedicate H6999 it to him, and to burn H6440 before H5561 him sweet H7004 incense, H8548 and for the continual H4635 show bread, H5930 and for the burnt H1242 offerings morning H6153 and evening, H7676 on the sabbaths, H2320 and on the new H2320 moons, H4150 and on the solemn H4150 feasts H3068 of the LORD H430 our God. H2063 This H5769 is an ordinance for ever H3478 to Israel.

  5 H1004 And the house H834 which H1129 I build H1419 is great: H1419 for great H430 is our God H3605 above all H430 gods.

  6 H4310 But who H3581 is able H1129 to build H1004 him an house, H8064 seeing the heaven H8064 and heaven H8064 of heavens H3808 cannot H3557 contain H4310 him? who H1129 am I then, that I should build H1004 him an house, H518 save H6999 only to burn H6440 sacrifice before him?

  8 H7971 Send H730 me also cedar H1265 trees, fir H418 trees, and algum H3844 trees, out of Lebanon: H3045 for I know H5650 that your servants H3045 can skill H3772 to cut H6086 timber H3844 in Lebanon; H2009 and, behold, H5650 my servants H5650 shall be with your servants,

  9 H3559 Even to prepare H6086 me timber H7230 in abundance: H1004 for the house H834 which H1129 I am about to build H6381 shall be wonderful H1419 great.

  10 H2009 And, behold, H5414 I will give H5650 to your servants, H2404 the hewers H3772 that cut H6086 timber, H6242 twenty H7239 thousand H505 H3734 measures H4347 of beaten H2406 wheat, H6242 and twenty H7239 thousand H505 H3734 measures H8184 of barley, H6242 and twenty H7239 thousand H505 H1324 baths H3196 of wine, H6242 and twenty H7239 thousand H505 H1324 baths H8081 of oil.

  11 H2438 Then Huram H4428 the king H6865 of Tyre H559 answered H3791 in writing, H7971 which he sent H8010 to Solomon, H3068 Because the LORD H160 has loved H5971 his people, H5414 he has made H4427 you king H5921 over them.

  15 H6258 Now H2406 therefore the wheat, H8184 and the barley, H8081 the oil, H3196 and the wine, H834 which H113 my lord H559 has spoken H7971 of, let him send H5650 to his servants:

  16 H3772 And we will cut H6086 wood H3844 out of Lebanon, H3605 as much H6878 as you shall need: H935 and we will bring H7513 it to you in floats H3220 by sea H3305 to Joppa; H5927 and you shall carry H3389 it up to Jerusalem.

  18 H6213 And he set H7657 three score H7239 and ten thousand H505 H5449 of them to be bearers H5449 of burdens, H8084 and fourscore H7239 thousand H505 H2672 to be hewers H2022 in the mountain, H7969 and three H7239 thousand H505 H8337 and six H3967 hundred H5329 overseers H5971 to set the people H5647 a work.
