1 John 3:17-19 But whoever has the world's living, and sees his brother having need, and closes his bowels from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

ACV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁷ But whoever has the world's living, and sees his brother having need, and closes his bowels from him, how does the love of God abide in him? ¹⁸ My little children, we should not love in word, nor with the tongue, but in deed and in truth. ¹⁹ And by this we know that we are of the truth, and will assure our hearts before him.
