2 Thessalonians 2:3-10 Let not any one deceive you in any manner; because that day will not come, except there come first the falling away, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

ABU⁽ⁱ⁾ ³ Let not any one deceive you in any manner; because [that day will not come], except there come first the falling away, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; ⁴ he that opposes and exalts himself against all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. ⁵ Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? ⁶ And now ye know what withholds, in order that he may be revealed in his own time. ⁷ For the mystery of iniquity is already working; only until he who now withholds shall be out of the way. ⁸ And then will the Lawless One be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will consume with the breath of his mouth, and will destroy with the manifestation of his coming; ⁹ [him,] whose coming is after the working of Satan, in all power and signs and lying wonders, ¹⁰ and in all deceit of unrighteousness for those who perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
