Zechariah 1:1-21 In the eighth month, of the second year unto Darius, came to pass the word of the lord to Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, son of Iddo the prophet, saying,

2 G3710 The lord was provoked to anger G2962 G1909 by G3588 G3962 your fathers -- G1473 G3709 [²anger G3173 ¹a great].

3 G2532 And G2046 you shall say G4314 to G1473 them, G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord G3588 of the G1411 forces, G1994 Turn G4314 to G1473 me, G3004 says G2962 the lord G3588 of the G1411 forces! G2532 and G1994 I shall be turned G4314 towards G1473 you, G3004 says G2962 the lord G3588 of the G1411 forces.

4 G2532 And G3361 do not G1096 become G2531 as G3588 G3962 your fathers! G1473 G3739 ones whom G1458 [³accused G1473 ⁴them G3588 ¹the G4396 ²prophets], G3588 the ones G1715 beforehand G3004 saying, G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord G3588 of the G1411 forces, G654 Turn G575 from G3588 G3598 [³ways G1473 ¹your G3588 G4190 ²wicked], G2532 and G575 from G3588 G2006.1 [³practices G1473 ¹your G3588 G4190 ²wicked]! G2532 And G3756 they did not G1522 listen, G2532 and G3756 did not G4337 take heed G3588 G1522 to listen to G1473 me, G3004 says G2962 the lord .

5 G3588 G3962 Your fathers, G1473 G4226 where G1510.2.6 are they G2532 and G3588 the G4396 prophets, G3361 Shall G1519 [²into G3588 ³the G165 ⁴eon G2198 ¹they live]?

12 G2532 And G611 [⁴answered G3588 ¹the G32 ²angel G2962 ³ of the lord] G2532 and G2036 said, G2962 O lord G3588 of the G1411 forces, G2193 until G5100 when G3766.2 shall you in no way G1653 show mercy G3588 G* on Jerusalem, G2532 and G3588 the G4172 cities G* of Judah, G3739 in which G2373 you were enraged over G3778 this G1441.3 seventieth G2094 year?

13 G2532 And G611 the lord responded G2962 G3588 to the G32 angel, G3588 the one G2980 speaking G1722 with G1473 me G4487 [²sayings G2570 ¹ with good], G3056 [²words G3874.1 ¹ and comforting].

14 G2532 And G2036 [⁶said G4314 ⁷to G1473 ⁸me G3588 ¹the G32 ²angel G3588 G2980 ³speaking G1722 ⁴with G1473 ⁵me], G349 Shout aloud! 15 G2532 And G3709 [⁴anger G3173 ³with great G1473 ¹I G3710 ²am provoked] G1909 by G3588 the G1484 nations, G3588 the ones G4902.4 joining in making an attack; G446.2 because G3739 G1473 I G3303 indeed G3710 was provoked to anger G3641 a little, G1473 but they G1161 G4902.4 joined in making an attack G1519 for G2556 evils.

16 G1223 On account of G3778 this, G3592 thus G3004 says G2962 the lord, G1994 I will turn G1909 towards G* Jerusalem G1722 for G3628 compassion; G2532 and G3588 G3624 my house G1473 G456 shall be rebuilt G1722 in G1473 it, G3004 says G2962 the lord G3588 of the G1411 forces, G2532 and G3358 a measure G1614 shall be stretched out G1909 upon G* Jerusalem.

18 G2532 And G142 I lifted G3588 G3788 my eyes, G1473 G2532 and G1492 I looked, G2532 and G2400 behold, G5064 four G2768 horns.

19 G2532 And G2036 I said G4314 to G3588 the G32 angel, G3588 the one G2980 speaking G1722 with G1473 me, G5100 What G1510.2.3 are G3778 these, G2962 O lord? G2532 And G2036 he said G4314 to G1473 me, G3004 saying, G3778 These are G3588 the G2768 horns, G3588 the ones G1287 having scattered G3588 G* Judah, G2532 and G3588 G* they broke Israel, G2608 G2532 and G3762 not one G1473 of them G142 lifted G2776 his head. G2532 And G1831 these are come forth G3778 G3588 G3690.3 to sharpen G1473 them G1519 in G5495 their hands -- G1473 G3588 the G5064 four G2768 horns G1484 [²nations G1510.2.6 ¹are] G1869 lifting up G2768 their horn G1909 against G3588 the G1093 land G2962 of the lord G3588 G1287 to scatter G1473 it.
