Isaiah 37:1-7

  1 G2532 And G1096 it came to pass G1722 in G3588   G191 [³hearing G3588   G935 ¹king G* ²Hezekiah], G4977 that he split G3588   G2440 his garments, G1473   G2532 and G4016 put on G4526 sackcloth, G2532 and G305 ascended G1519 unto G3588 the G3624 house G2962 of the lord .

  2 G2532 And G649 he sent G3588   G* Eliakim G3588 the G3623 manager, G2532 and G* Shebna G3588 the G1122 scribe G2532 (with G3588 the G4245 elders G3588 of the G2409 priests G4016 putting on G4526 sackcloths) G4314 to G* Isaiah G5207 son G* of Amoz G3588 the G4396 prophet.

  3 G2532 And G2036 they said G1473 to him, G3592 Thus G3004 says G* Hezekiah, G2250 A day G2347 of affliction, G2532 and G3680 scorning, G2532 and G1648.1 rebuke, G2532 and G3709 anger G3588   G4594 is today's G2250 day. G3754 For G2240 [⁴come G3588 ¹the G5604 ²pangs G3588   G5088 ³of giving birth], G2479 [⁴strength G1161 ¹but G3756 ²she does not G2192 ³have] G3588   G5088 to give birth.

  4 G1513 If by any means G1522 [³may listen to G2962 ¹ the lord G3588   G2316 ²your God] G1473   G3588 the G3056 words G* of Rabshakeh, G3739 whom G649 [⁴sent G935 ² the king G* ³of the Assyrians G3588   G2962 ¹his master] G1473   G3679 to berate G2316 [²God G2198 ¹ the living], G2532 and G3679 to berate G3056 by the words G3739 which G191 [³heard G2962 ¹ the lord G3588   G2316 ²your God], G1473   G2532 therefore G1189 you shall make beseechment G4314 to G2962 the lord G3588   G2316 your God G1473   G4012 concerning G3588   G2641 these being left.   5 G2532 And G2064 [⁵came G3588 ¹the G3816 ²servants G3588   G935 ³of king G* ⁴Hezekiah] G4314 to G* Isaiah.

  6 G2532 And G2036 [²said G1473 ³to them G* ¹Isaiah], G3779 Thus G2046 you shall say G4314 to G3588   G2962 your master, G1473   G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord, G3361 You should not G5399 be fearful G575 of G3588 the G3056 words G3739 which G191 you heard, G3739 which G3679 [⁵berated G1473 ⁶me G3588 ¹the G4244.1 ²ambassadors G935 ³of the king G* ⁴of the Assyrians].

  7 G2400 Behold, G1473 I G1685 shall put G1909 upon G1473 him G4151 a spirit, G2532 and G191 hearing G31 a message G654 he shall return G1519 unto G3588   G5561 his place, G1473   G2532 and G4098 he shall fall G3162 by the sword G1722 in G3588   G1093 his land. G1473
