Daniel 3:12-30 There are men Jews whom you placed over the works of the region of Babylon -- Shadrach, Meshach, Abed-nego. These men obeyed not, O king, your decree, and your gods they serve not, and to the image of gold which you stationed they do not do obeisance to.

13 G5119 Then G* Nebuchadnezzar G1722 in G2372 rage G2532 and G3709 anger G2036 said G71 to lead in G3588 G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego. G2532 And G71 they led them G1799 before G3588 the G935 king.

14 G2532 And G611 Nebuchadnezzar responded G* G2532 and G2036 said G1473 to them, G1487 Is it G230 truly, G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G* Abed-nego, G3588 to G2316 my gods G1473 G3756 you serve not, G3000 G2532 and G3588 to the G1504 image G3588 G5552 in gold G3739 which G2476 I stationed, G3756 you do not G4352 do obeisance to?

15 G3568 Now G3767 then G1487 if G2192 it suffices G2093 readily G2443 that G5613 as G302 whenever G191 you should hear G3588 the G5456 sound G3588 of the G4536 trumpet, G4947.2 also flute G5037 G2532 and G2788 harp, G4542.1 also sambuke G2532 and G5568.1 psaltery, G2532 and G4858 harmony of sound, G2532 and G3956 every G1085 kind G3451 of music, G4098 falling G4352 you should do obeisance to G3588 the G1504 image G3739 which G4160 I made -- good . G1437 And if G1161 G3361 you should not G4352 do obeisance G1473 this G3588 G5610 hour, G1685 you shall be put G1519 into G3588 the G2575 [²furnace G3588 G4442 ³of fire G3588 G2545 ¹burning]; G2532 and G5100 who G1510.2.3 is G2316 God G3739 who G1807 shall rescue G1473 you G1537 from out of G3588 G5495 my hands? G1473

16 G2532 And G611 answered G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego, G3004 saying G3588 G935 to king G* Nebuchadnezzar, G3756 [³no G5532 ⁴need G2192 ²have G1473 ¹We] G4012 concerning G3588 G4487 this matter G3778 G611 to answer G1473 to you.

17 G1510.2.3 [⁹is G1063 ¹For G2316 ³God G1473 ²our G1722 ⁴in G3772 ⁵ the heavens G3739 ⁶in whom G1473 ⁷we G3000 ⁸serve] G1415 able G1807 to rescue G1473 us G1537 from out of G3588 the G2575 [²furnace G3588 G4442 ³of fire G3588 G2545 ¹burning]. G2532 And G1537 from out of G3588 G5495 your hands, G1473 G935 O king, G4506 he shall rescue G1473 us.

18 G2532 But G1437 if G3361 not, G1110 [²made known G1510.5 ¹let it be] G1473 to you, G935 O king! G3754 that G3588 G2316 your gods G1473 G3756 we will not G3000 serve, G2532 and G3588 to the G1504 [²image G3588 G5552 ¹golden] G3739 which G2476 you stationed, G3756 we will not G4352 do obeisance to.

19 G5119 Then G3588 G* Nebuchadnezzar G4130 was filled G2372 of rage, G2532 and G3588 the G3799 appearance G3588 G4383 of his face G1473 G241.2 changed G1909 against G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego. G2532 And G2036 he said G1572 to burn G3588 the G2575 furnace G2035.5 seven-fold G2193 until G3739 which G1519 [²to G5056 ³ the end G1572 ¹it should burn].

20 G2532 And G435 [³men G2478 ²strong G2479 ⁴of strength G2036 ¹he told] G3975.2 shackling G3588 G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego, G1685 to cast them G1519 into G3588 the G2575 [²furnace G3588 G4442 ³fire G3588 G2545 ¹burning].

21 G5119 Then G3588 G435 those men G1565 G3975.2 were shackled G4862 with G3588 G4552.1 their pantaloons, G1473 G2532 and G5085.1 tiaras, G2532 and G4030.2 leggings, G2532 and G1742 their garments. G1473 G2532 And G906 they were thrown G1519 into G3588 the G3319 midst G3588 of the G2575 [²furnace G3588 G4442 ³of fire G3588 G2545 ¹burning],

22 G1893 since G3588 the G4487 saying G3588 of the G935 king G5244.2 excelled, G2532 and G3588 the G2575 furnace G1572 burned away G5228 over G1537 even G4053 extra G2035.5 seven-fold.

23 G2532 And G3588 G5140 these three -- G3778 G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego, G4098 fell G1519 into G3319 the midst G3588 of the G2575 [²furnace G3588 G4442 ³of fire G3588 G2545 ¹burning], G3975.2 being shackled.

24 G2532 And G* Nebuchadnezzar G191 heard G5214 their praising. G1473 G2532 And G2296 he wondered, G2532 and G1817 rose up G1722 in G4710 haste, G2532 and G2036 said G3588 to G3175 his great men, G1473 G3756 Was it not G435 [²men G5140 ¹three] G906 we threw G1519 into G3588 the G3319 midst G3588 of the G4442 fire G3975.2 being shackled? 25 G2532 And G2036 [²said G3588 G935 ¹ the king], G5602 Here, G1473 I G3708 see G435 [²men G5064 ¹four] G3089 being loose G2532 and G4043 walking G1722 in G3319 the midst G3588 of the G4442 fire, G2532 and G1312 [²no corruption G3756 G1510.2.3 ¹there is] G1722 to G1473 them, G2532 and G3588 the G3706 vision G3588 of the G5067 fourth G3664 is likened G5207 to son G2316 of God.

26 G5119 Then G4334 Nebuchadnezzar came forward G* G4314 to G3588 the G2374 door G3588 of the G2575 [²furnace G3588 G4442 ³of fire G3588 G2545 ¹burning], G2532 and G2036 he said, G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego, G3588 O G1401 servants G3588 G2316 of God G3588 the G5310 highest, G1831 come forth G2532 and G1205 come! G2532 And G1831 came forth G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G* and Abed-nego G1537 from out of G3319 the midst G3588 of the G4442 fire.

27 G2532 And G4863 [³were brought together G3588 ¹the G4568.2 ²satraps], G2532 and G3588 the G4755 commandants, G2532 and G3588 the G5116.1 toparchs, G2532 and G3588 the G1413 mighty ones G3588 of the G935 king. G2532 And G2334 they viewed G3588 the G435 men, G3754 for G3756 [³did not G2961 ⁴dominate over G3588 ¹the G4442 ²fire] G3588 G4983 their body, G1473 G2532 and G3588 the G2359 hair G3588 G2776 of their head G3756 was not G5394 ablaze, G2532 and G3588 G4552.1 their pantaloons G1473 G3756 did not G241.2 change, G2532 and G3744 the scent G4442 of fire G3756 was not G1510.7.3 G1722 on G1473 them.

28 G2532 And G4352 [³did obeisance G1799 ⁴before G1473 ⁵them G3588 ¹the G935 ²king] G3588 to the G2962 lord . G2532 And G611 [⁴responded G* ¹Nebuchadnezzar G3588 ²the G935 ³king], G2532 and G2036 he said, G2128 Blessed be G3588 the G2316 God G3588 G* of Shadrach, G* Meshach, G2532 and G* Abed-nego, G3739 who G649 sent G3588 G32 his angel, G1473 G2532 and G1807 rescued G3588 G3816 his servants, G1473 G3754 for G3982 they relied G1909 upon G1473 him. G2532 And G3588 the G4487 word G3588 of the G935 king G241.2 they changed, G2532 and G3860 they delivered up G3588 G4983 their bodies G1473 G1519 unto G4442 fire G3704 so that G3361 they should not G3000 serve G3366 nor G4352 do obeisance to G3956 any G2316 god G237.1 except G3588 G2316 their God. 29 G2532 And G1473 I G1620 display G1378 a decree, G3956 Every G2992 people, G5443 tribe, G1100 language, G3739 which G302 ever G2036 should speak G988 blasphemy G2596 against G3588 the G2316 God G* of Shadrach, G* Meshach, G* Abed-nego, G1519 [²for G684 ³destruction G1510.8.6 ¹shall be], G2532 and G3588 G3624 their houses G1473 G1519 for G1282.2 ravaging, G2530 in so far as G3756 there is no G1510.2.3 G2316 [²God G2087 ¹other] G3748 who G1410 shall be able G4506 to rescue G3779 thus.

30 G5119 Then G3588 the G935 king G2720 prospered G3588 G* Shadrach, G* Meshach, G* Abed-nego G1722 in G3588 the G5561 region G* of Babylon.
