  1 G2532 And G649 Hezekiah sent G*   G1909 unto G3956 all G* Israel G2532 and G* Judah, G2532 and G1992 [²letters G1125 ¹he wrote] G1909 unto G3588   G* Ephraim G2532 and G* Manasseh G2064 to come G1519 into G3624 the house G2962 of the lord G1519 in G* Jerusalem, G3588   G4160 to observe G3588 the G5333.3 passover G3588 to the G2962 lord G2316 God G* of Israel.

  2 G2532 And G1011 [³planned G3588 ¹the G935 ²king], G2532 and G3588 the G758 rulers, G2532 and G3956 all G3588 the G1577 assembly G1722 in G* Jerusalem G4160 to observe G3588 the G5333.3 passover G3588 in the G3376 [²month G3588   G1208 ¹second],

  3 G3756 [³not G1063 ¹for G1410 ²they were] able G4160 to observe G1473 it G1722 in G3588   G2540 that time, G1565   G3754 for G3588 the G2409 priests G3756 were not G37 sanctified G2425 enough, G2532 and G3588 the G2992 people G3756 were not G4863 gathered G1722 in G* Jerusalem.

  8 G2532 And G3361 do not G4645 harden G3588   G5137 your necks G1473   G5613 as G3588   G3962 your fathers!   12 G2532 And G1722 in G* Judah G1096 [³came G5495 ¹ the hand G2316 ²of God] G1325 to give G1473 them G2588 [²heart G1520 ¹one] G2064 to come G2532 and G4160 to do G2596 according to G3588 the G4366.2 order G3588 of the G935 king G2532 and G3588 of the G758 rulers, G1722 by G3056 the word G2962 of the lord .

  13 G2532 And G4863 [³gathered G1722 ⁴in G* ⁵Jerusalem G2992 ²people G4183 ¹many] G3588   G4160 to observe G3588 the G1859 holiday G3588 of the G106 unleavened breads G1722 in G3588 the G3376 [²month G3588   G1208 ¹second] -- G1577 [³assembly G4183 ²vast G4970 ¹an exceedingly].

  15 G2532 And G2380 they sacrificed G3588 the G5333.3 passover G3588 on the G5065 fourteenth G3588 of the G3376 [²month G3588   G1208 ¹second]. G2532 And G3588 the G2409 priests G2532 and G3588 the G* Levites G1788 felt shame, G2532 and G37 they sanctified themselves, G2532 and G1533 they offered G3646 whole burnt-offerings G1519 in G3588 the G3624 house G2962 of the lord .

  16 G2532 And G2476 they stood G1909 at G3588   G4714 their station G1473   G2596 according to G3588   G2917 their responsibility, G1473   G2596 according to G3588 the G1785 commandment G* of Moses G444 the man G3588   G2316 of God. G2532 And G3588 the G2409 priests G1209 received G3588 the G129 blood G1537 from out of G5495 the hand G3588 of the G* Levites.

  17 G3754 For G4128 a multitude G3588 of the G1577 assembly G3756 was not G48 purified. G2532 And G3588 the G* Levites G1510.7.6 were G3588   G2380 to sacrifice G3588 the G5333.3 passover G3956 to all G3588   G3361 not G1410 able G48 to be purified G3588 to the G2962 lord .

  18 G3754 For G3588 the G4183 vast part G3588 of the G2992 people G575 from G* Ephraim, G2532 and G* Manasseh, G2532 and G* Issachar, G2532 and G* Zebulun, G3756 were not G48 purified; G235 but G2532 even G2068 they ate G3588 the G5333.3 passover G3756 not G3844 according to G3588 the G1124 scripture. G2532 And G4336 Hezekiah prayed G*   G4012 for G1473 them, G3004 saying, G2962 The lord, G3588 the G2316 good God G3588   G18   G1837.2 atone G5228 for G3956 all!

  19 G2588 [² the heart G2720 ¹ even straightening out] G1567 for them to inquire of G3588 the G2962 lord G3588   G2316 God G3588   G3962 of their fathers, G1473   G2532 even G3756 not purified G5613 as G2596 according to G3588 the G47 purity G3588 of the G39 holy things .

  20 G2532 And G1873 the lord heeded G2962   G3588   G* Hezekiah, G2532 and G2390 healed G3588 the G2992 people.

  21 G2532 And G4160 [⁷observed G3588 ¹the G5207 ²sons G* ³of Israel G3588   G2147 ⁴being found G1722 ⁵in G* ⁶Jerusalem] G3588 the G1859 holiday G3588 of the G106 unleavened breads G2033 seven G2250 days G1722 with G2167 [²gladness G3173 ¹great].   23 G2532 And G1011 [⁴counseled G3956 ¹all G3588 ²the G1577 ³assembly] G4160 to observe G2033 [²seven G2250 ³days G243 ¹another]. G2532 And G4160 they observed G243 another G2033 seven G2250 days G1722 with G2167 gladness.

  24 G3754 For G* Hezekiah G3588 the G935 king G* of Judah G536.1 dedicated G3956 to all G3588 the G1577 assembly G5507 a thousand G3448 calves, G2532 and G2035 seven thousand G4263 sheep. G2532 And G3588 the G758 rulers G536.1 dedicated G3588 for the G2992 people G3448 [²calves G5507 ¹a thousand], G2532 and G4263 [³sheep G1176 ¹ten G5505 ²thousand], G2532 and G37 were sanctified G3588 of the G2409 priests G1519 in G4128 multitude.

  25 G2532 And G2165 [⁵was glad G3956 ¹all G3588 ²the G1577 ³assembly G* ⁴of Judah], G2532 and G3588 the G2409 priests, G2532 and G3588 the G* Levites, G2532 and G3956 all G3588 the G1577 assembly G3588   G2064 coming G1537 from G* Israel, G2532 and G3588 the G4339 foreigners G3588   G2064 coming G575 from G1093 the land G* of Israel, G2532 and G3588 the G2730 ones dwelling G* Judah.

  26 G2532 And G1096 there was G2167 [²gladness G3173 ¹great] G1722 in G* Jerusalem, G3754 for G575 from G2250 the days G* of Solomon G5207 son G* of David G935 king G* of Israel G3756 there was not G1096   G5108 such G1859 a holiday G1722 in G* Jerusalem.

  27 G2532 And G450 [⁵rose up G3588 ¹the G2409 ²priests G3588 ³the G* ⁴Levites] G2532 and G2127 blessed G3588 the G2992 people, G2532 and G1873 [²was heeded G3588   G5456 ¹their voice], G1473   G2532 and G2064 [²came G3588   G4335 ¹their prayer] G1473   G1519 into G3588   G2732 [²home G3588   G39 ¹his sacred] G1473   G1519 in G3588 the G3772 heaven.
