¹¹ And as He was going to Jerusalem, He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee; ¹² and as He entered into a certain village, there met Him ten men that were lepers: ¹³ who stood at a distance, and lifted up their voice, saying, Jesus master, have pity on us. ¹⁴ And when He saw them, He said unto them, Go and shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass as they were going, they were cleansed. ¹⁵ And one of them, perceiving that he was healed, returned, with a loud voice glorifying God: ¹⁶ and fell prostrate at his feet, giving Him thanks; and He was a Samaritan. ¹⁷ And Jesus answered and said, Were not all the ten cleansed? and where are the other nine? ¹⁸ Are there none returning to give glory to God, but this stranger? ¹⁹ And He said to him, Arise, go thy way; thy faith hath saved thee.

¹² Then spake Jesus again to them, saying, I am the light of the world; he, that followeth me, shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

¹ Brethren, if a man be overtaken in any fault, do ye, who are spiritual, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, least thou also shouldst be tempted.

²⁰ I am crucified with Christ; yet I live, though no longer I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave up himself for me.

¹⁷ Charge them, that are rich in this world, not to be high-minded nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who richly affords us all things for enjoyment: charge them to do good, ¹⁸ to be rich in good works, to be ready to distribute, willing to communicate; ¹⁹ treasuring up to themselves a good foundation for the future, that they may obtain eternal life.

⁶ Be anxious in nothing: but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known before God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which surpasseth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

²⁸ For in Him we live and move, and exist; as some also of your own poets have said, "For we his offspring are."

²⁸ Wherefore since we receive a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us have grace whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and holy fear:

¹⁸ In every circumstance be thankful; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
