³ that aged women, in like manner, be reverent in demeanor, not slanderers, not enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good;

¹⁸ And be not drunken with wine, in which is riot, but be filled with the Spirit; ¹⁹ Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, ²⁰ idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strifes, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties, ²¹ envyings, drunkenness, revelings, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, as I also said before, that those practicing such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of God.

¹¹ but, as it is, I wrote not to keep company, if anyone, called a brother, be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—with such a one, not even to eat.
