³³ Sell what ye have and give alms: provide yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth. ³⁴ For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

¹³ For no one hath gone up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, the Son of man, who is in heaven.

¹⁷ Charge the rich in this world not to be high-minded, neither to trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy: ¹⁸ To do good, to be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate, ¹⁹ Treasuring up for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

¹⁶ But they now desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for he hath prepared a city for them.

²² And I saw no temple therein; for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. ²³ And the city hath no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine on it; for the glory of God hath inlightened it, and the Lamb is the lamp thereof. ²⁴ And the nations shall walk by the light thereof; and the kings of the earth bring their glory into it. ²⁵ And the gates of it shall not be shut by day: and there shall be no night there. ²⁶ And they shall bring the glory and the honour of the nations into it. ²⁷ But there shall in no wise enter into it any thing common, or that worketh abomination, or maketh a lie, but they who are written in the Lamb's book of life.

²¹ And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, transparent as glass. ²² And I saw no temple therein; for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. ²³ And the city hath no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine on it; for the glory of God hath inlightened it, and the Lamb is the lamp thereof. ²⁴ And the nations shall walk by the light thereof; and the kings of the earth bring their glory into it. ²⁵ And the gates of it shall not be shut by day: and there shall be no night there.

¹³ Nevertheless we look for new heavens and a new earth, according to his promise, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

¹⁹ Lay not up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break thro' and steal: ²⁰ But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth consume, and where thieves do not break thro' nor steal. ²¹ For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

⁴³ And Jesus said to him, Verily I say unto thee, To-day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

⁹ That if thou confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thy heart, that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart man believeth to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. ¹¹ For the scripture saith, Every one that believeth on him shall not be ashamed. ¹² For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord of all, is rich to all that call upon him. ¹³ For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

⁹ But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor hath ear heard, neither hath it entered into the heart of man, what things God hath prepared for them that love him.

¹ And he shewed me a river of the water of life clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. ² In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river is the tree of life, bearing twelve sorts of fruits, yielding its fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. ³ And there shall be no more curse; but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall worship him, ⁴ And shall see his face, and his name shall be on their foreheads. ⁵ And there shall be no night there, neither is there need of a lamp, or of the light of the sun; for the Lord God will give them light, and they shall reign for ever.

² In my Father's house are many mansions; if not, I would have told you.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him, may not perish, but have everlasting life.

⁴ And he shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall sorrow, or crying, or pain, be any more; because the former things are gone away.
