Romans 5:1

1 Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

John 15:5

5 I am the vine, you are the branches: He who abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing.

John 8:32

32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Romans 8:1-39

1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, as an offering for sin; condemning sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk in the ways of the flesh, but in the ways of the Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh; but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. 6 Now the mind set on the flesh is death; but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace. 7 Because the mind set on the flesh is hostile to God: for it is not subject to the law of God, indeed it cannot be. 8 So then those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But you are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if any man does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to him. 10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead shall also give life to your mortal bodies by his Spirit who dwells in you. 12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, but not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh, you shall die: but if through the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. 15 For you have not received a spirit of bondage leading to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, by which we cry out, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if indeed we suffer with him that we may also be glorified with him. 18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us. 19 For the creation waits in earnest expectation for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was made subject to futility, not of its own will, but by the will of him who subjected it, in hope, 21 That the creation itself shall also be delivered from its bondage to corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans in the pains of childbirth until now. 23 And not only the creation, but ourselves as well, who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we groan within ourselves, waiting for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For we are saved by this hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what man hopes for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, then we wait for it with patience. 26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness: for we do not know how to pray as we ought: but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because he intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 And whom he predestined, those he also called: and whom he called, those he also justified: and whom he justified, those he also glorified. 31 What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also, with him, freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is there to condemn? It is Christ who died, yes, and more than that, who was raised again, who is at the right hand of God, and who also intercedes for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For your sake we are killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep for the slaughter. 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Philippians 4:8

8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are admirable; if there is any virtue, and if there is anything worthy of praise, think on these things.

Matthew 6:24

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

2 Corinthians 10:4-5

4 For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are mighty before God for the pulling down of strongholds. 5 We cast down arguments, and every lofty thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

Mark 7:20-23

20 And he said, That which comes out of the man, that defiles the man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 Covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lustfulness, envy, slander, pride, foolishness: 23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

Romans 5:3-4

3 And not only this, but we also rejoice in tribulations: knowing that tribulation works perseverance; 4 And perseverance, character; and character, hope:

Mark 12:29-31

29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. 31 And the second is this, You shall love your neighbour as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.

1 John 2:15-17

15 Do not love the world, nor the things in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passes away, along with its lusts: but he who does the will of God abides forever.
