¹¹ And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed between Samaria and Galilee. ¹² And as he entered into a certain village, ten leprous men met him. They stood at a distance, ¹³ And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. ¹⁴ And when he saw them, he said to them, Go show yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. ¹⁵ And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, ¹⁶ And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. ¹⁷ And Jesus answered, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? ¹⁸ Was no one found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner. ¹⁹ And he said to him, Arise, go your way: your faith has made you well.

¹² Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying, I am the light of the world: he who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

¹ Brethren, if a man is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual, restore him in the spirit of gentleness; considering yourselves, lest you also be tempted.

²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

¹⁷ Command those who are rich in this world not to be arrogant, nor to trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who richly gives us all things to enjoy. ¹⁸ They are to do good, that they may be rich in good works, generous and willing to share; ¹⁹ Laying up for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may take hold of that which is life indeed.

⁶ Be anxious about nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

²⁸ For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as some of your own poets have said, For we also are his offspring.

²⁸ Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us be grateful, and worship God acceptably, with reverence and awe:

¹⁸ In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.
