⁹ And I say to you, Whoever shall divorce his wife, except for unchastity, and shall marry another, commits adultery.

³² But I say to you, That whoever shall divorce his wife, except for the cause of unchastity, causes her to commit adultery: and whoever shall marry a woman who has been divorced commits adultery.

¹ It is actually reported that there is immorality among you, and such immorality as does not even occur among the Gentiles, that one of you has his father's wife.

⁹ Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexual offenders,

² Nevertheless, to avoid impurity, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

¹⁹ Now the works of the flesh are obvious; they are; sexual immorality, impurity, licentiousness,

¹⁸ Flee sexual immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside his body; but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. ¹⁹ Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God, and that you are not your own? ²⁰ For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body.

⁸ But the cowardly, and unbelieving, and the vile, and murderers, and the sexually immoral, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and sulphur: which is the second death.

⁵ Therefore, put to death what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

⁷ Just as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, which gave themselves over in a similar manner to sexual immorality, and to going after strange flesh, are set forth as an example of suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

¹⁸ Flee sexual immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside his body; but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

⁴ Marriage is to be held in honour by all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled: for the sexually immoral and adulterers God will judge.
