²¹ For where thy treasure is, there will thy heart be also.

²⁸ We know moreover that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

³ we accept it, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness.

¹⁰ But by the grace of God I am what I am; and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain, but I labored more abundantly than they all; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

²⁰ giving thanks always for all things to God, the Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

¹⁵ and let the peace of Christ, to which ye were called in one body, rule in your hearts; and be ye thankful. ¹⁶ Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, spiritual songs, in grace singing in your hearts to God; ¹⁷ and whatever ye do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God, the Father, through him. ¹⁸ Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as it is fit in the Lord. ¹⁹ Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them. ²⁰ Children, obey your parents in all things; for this is wellpleasing in the Lord.

¹⁷ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the lights, with whom is no change, nor shadow from turning.

¹⁵ and let the peace of Christ, to which ye were called in one body, rule in your hearts; and be ye thankful.

²⁸ Wherefore receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably, with reverence and godly fear.

¹⁶ do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;

¹⁷ and whatever ye do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God, the Father, through him.

¹⁸ in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus in regard to you.
